The moment has arrived: SI Swimsuit 2018 has hit newsstands. The secret to Bock killing a bikini shoot is simple: she works out year round to stay in shape, just in case. She tells US, “I never know if I’ll be shooting the issue, but I always hope I am! It’s my sixth year and I’m so excited to be back with my family celebrating the 2018 issue!”
Cook's feel-good-look-better routine involves a good skincare routine. “For skincare I like to start with an acne fighting exfoliant and then a moisturizing oil. To feel my best on a Sports Illustrated shoots, I make sure to work out everyday and do a variation of activities so that exercising never gets boring. I try to cut out sugar ten days before the shoot and I find my skin always looks and my body always feels healthier; but I think my biggest beauty tip would be to drink the most water you possibly can. I always aim to drink three to five gallons a day. Beyond all - always make time for the little things that make you happy so you don’t get too stressed out," she explains.
Good skin care is paramount to Culpo feeling good before she hits the beach for a shoot. But beyond that, it was introspection that prepared her for her SI debut. “For this particular shoot I prepared by focusing inward and finding powerful words that resonated with me. I spent hours searching for my most intimate fears and insecurities and tried to transform them into language hoping it would resonate with others and make us (women) realize we are more alike than we think,” she tells US.
Balti relies on cardio barre classes to get into fit-fighting shape, but that's not all. “I also love a fun group fitness class. They are not only a good workout, but also make me step out of my comfort zone and have some fun. I also go surfing as much as I can with the wave conditions permitting – I just started a few months ago. I’m learning every day, but the feeling of being out there in the ocean with dolphins, seals, whales, and catching a wave is so liberating. It is empowering and fun,” she tells Us.
Cover model Herrington’s secret to looking fab for her SI moment comes down to two things: eating right and hitting the gym with her trainer. “Right before a big shoot like this I get ready by staying in shape with my trainer, Mato Novak. He knows how to push my body to its limits! If my schedule is too busy, he’ll even make sure I’m eating right by cooking healthy meals and bringing them to me,” she explains.
