Fans who request “PTO” for National Pepperoni Pizza Day can enter for a chance to win the Ultimate Hormel Pepperoni Pizza Vacation to New York City or Chicago during National Pizza Month in October.
“There are so many ways fans can celebrate. You can celebrate with your family. You can celebrate with your friends. Throw a little pizza party, take the day off. That’s what I’m going to be doing,” Thiessen said.

Fans can visit pepperonitimeoff.com to submit their “PTO” intention to their colleagues, friends, spouse or teacher, requesting coverage of all their responsibilities on Sept. 20 so they can fully celebrate pepperoni pizza. Fans can then enter for a chance to win a trip to New York City or Chicago during National Pizza Month in October.
Fans can also share their PTO news on social media using the hashtag #PepperoniTimeOff for more chances to win.
