Pete Davidson and his ex Elsie Hewitt reunited to celebrate their daughter’s first Halloween.
“Smells like Halloween,” Hewitt, 30, captioned a Sunday, November 1, Instagram carousel that included a photo of the former couple with Scottie, 10 months. In the sweet family picture, the model and Davidson, 32, both cooed over their child as she sat in a red wagon dressed as Tony Soprano from HBO’s The Sopranos.
The adorable outfit included a bathrobe-clad Scottie holding onto a plush cigar while a neon “Bada Bing!” sign hung from the corner of her ride in a nod to the late James Gandolfini’s fictional character.
Hewitt and Davidson, who split in May after she gave birth to Scottie in December 2025, both wore dark sunglasses as they bent down and smiled at their daughter in her wheels.
Fans took to the comments section of the post to share their approval of both Scottie’s costume and the couple’s public coparenting move. “I’m sorry, is her hair slicked back? I am LIVING,” wrote one person, while another commented, “We love seeing healthy co-parenting.”
The Sopranos nod held sentimental value for both parents, as their romance involved bonding over Davidson’s adoration for the series, which ran from 1999 to 2007. During an interview with People in December last year, the Saturday Night Live alum recalled how his ex had surprised him by getting members of the Sopranos cast to wish him a happy birthday via a recorded video.

Adding that he had hoped to one day introduce his child to the show “as early as possible,” he told the outlet, “That’s the only thing I really need is, from my soul, is for them [his child] to enjoy The Sopranos the way I do. And then everything else, I just want it to be happy.”
Us confirmed in July that Davidson and Hewitt had reached a “joint agreement pertaining to their child,” according to a source. A statement was also shared with Us via the former couple’s reps.
“We are cooperatively coparenting our daughter whose well-being remains our top priority, and we are fully committed to working together to give her love from both of us,” the joint statement read.
As for what led to their split, an insider claimed at the time that various “stressors” had contributed. “They tried to make it work, but there were different stressors, including having a baby together as two people who didn’t yet know each other that well,” the second source stated. “They are both trying to make it work and have made accommodations in their schedules for the baby.”
