Spencer Pratt

Spencer Pratt is a reality TV star best known for his appearance on MTV’s The Hills. Pratt spent his childhood in Los Angeles, California, where he was raised alongside his younger sister, Stephanie. He made his first reality TV appearance in 2005 before going on to pursue a career in entertainment full time.

Pratt joined the cast of The Hills in 2007 after he began dating costar Heidi Montag. The couple later earned the nickname “Speidi,” becoming a central focus of the show’s plot alongside Montag’s friendship with cast members Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge. He remained a principal cast member of the show until 2010 and later returned for its sequel, The Hills: New Beginnings, which aired from 2019 to 2021.

Outside of The Hills, Pratt has made appearances on a number of reality TV shows, including I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!, The Princes of Malibu, Celebrity Big Brother and Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars. In 2025, he made an appearance on Got to Get Out.

Pratt tied the knot with Montag in 2008. In 2010, Montag filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. They later reconciled and renewed their vows in November that same year. The pair welcomed their first son, Gunner, in 2017, and their second son, Ryker, in 2022.
