Peter Krause
Peter Krause grew up in Minnesota, attending Gustavus Adolphus College before earning a master’s degree from New York University. He then began pursuing acting, breaking into Hollywood in 1987 with a role in Blood Harvest.
He played multiple skit characters on Carol & Company from 1990 to 1991 before landing the role of Kevin Blanders in Cybill in 1995. Krause gained fame for playing Casey McCall on Sports Night and later earned three Emmy nominations for portraying Nate Fisher on Six Feet Under.
His TV success continued with starring roles on Dirty Sexy Money, Parenthood, The Catch and 9-1-1. The Midwesterner is also a producer, having worked on Dirty Sexy Money and Fox’s 9-1-1.
Krause welcomed son Roman in 2001 with his then-girlfriend, Christine King. The actor began dating Lauren Graham in 2010 after reconnecting on the set of Parenthood. Us confirmed in June 2022 that the duo were no longer living together after splitting in 2021.
