David Beckham

Soccer sensation David Beckham, born May 2, 1975, became a pop culture icon after numerous U.K. successes on the field and for his chiseled good looks.

Beckham began his professional athletic career with British soccer team Manchester United in 1992 when he was 17. In July 2007, the soccer stud signed a five-year, $250 million deal to play for the L.A. Galaxy soccer team and uprooted his family to America to continue his sporting career.

Married to Spice Girl wife Victoria “Posh” Adams since 1999, the duo are a true paparazzi obsession.

They have three sons: Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz, and one daughter, Harper Seven. In July 2007 the family moved into their $22-million home in Beverly Hills.

Beckham serves as the President and co-owner of Inter Miami and co-owner of Salford City, a professional association football club in Salford, Greater Manchester, England.
