Amy Adams
Amy Adams is best known for her roles in Enchanted (2007), American Hustle (2013), Arrival (2016) and Sharp Objects (2018). Adams’ film debut was in Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999), but her big break was as Ashley Johnsten in Junebug (2005), for which she earned her first Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
Adams secured the role of Lois Lane in Zack Snyder’s 2013 Superman reboot, Man of Steel, with Henry Cavill portraying the titular superhero. She reprised the role in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) and Justice League (2017).
Adams met actor Darren Le Gallo in 2001, and they began dating a year later. The pair got engaged in 2008 and welcomed their daughter, Aviana, in 2010. The couple tied the knot seven years after their engagement at a private ceremony in Santa Barbara, California.
