I actually think he could pull this role off. I loved Heros and he was fantastic as Sylar. Very scary!! Good for him!

Heroes star Zachary Quinto has been cast to play Spock in the upcoming Star Trek film, the 11th installment of the classic franchise. We’re having a hard time picturing Sylar with pointy ears.
