Usher Raymond married his pregnant fiancée Tameka Foster on Friday in Atlanta.
The singer confirmed the nuptials exclusively to Usmagazine.com. "I exchanged vows with Tameka Foster in Atlanta on Friday and we are happily married," Usher tells Us.
The couple was originally scheduled to tie the knot on July 28 at music executive L.A. Reid’s posh pad on Long Island, but those plans were canceled after Foster was hospitalized following a pregnancy scare brought on by the stress of the wedding.
On Monday, after Foster, 37, was released from the hospital, the singer assured Us that it was only a matter of time before the nuptials would be rescheduled, and that Foster had recovered from her pre-term labor scare. "Everybody's fine. Tameka and the baby are fine," Raymond, 28, said at the time.
The small, private ceremony was originally said to have been held in the singer’s lawyer’s office. Usher clarified for Us, "We did exchange vows in a private ceremony on Friday, however it did not take place in a lawyer's office as reported. It was quaint and intimate." Despite reported bad blood between Foster and Jonetta Patton, Raymond’s mother and former manager, she was on hand Friday to witness the event, a source confirms to Us.
"They did exactly what they should have done and said they were going to do. They are very happy," a friend of the couple tells Us.
So happy they plan to do it again! Usher reveals to Us, "Tameka and I are planning on having a ceremony sometime later this year."

Congrad's 2 u & tameka! U already know everybody & their mother's would have something negative 2 say about your wife. God gave us 5 senses of OUR own 2 use. That's tha decision you made and only you could make it. I know that everyone wishes that you and Chilly were still together, but everyone has 2 realize that we all grow up and want different things. The only way we even know that you are married is because you are in the spot light. If you were just a guy in a small town or even big town going to work everyday @ a factory or fast food place we wouldn't know anything about you or her. Honestly I'm a big TLC fan I was never a real fan of Usher. I had a chance to see him up close and he seemed very self absorbed, self centered and full of himself. I thought Chilli complemented him in a way and that they made a nice couple. I can't say much for this new woman, but if this woman's history is to be believed, then she and Usher deserve each other. The evil you visit on someone else(lying or cheating) has a way of coming back and biting you in the you know what. I offer an old age proverb to Usher : "May you live in interesting times"
Because one with that much baggage and three children before she married you it will be never a dull moment especially if her own sister told you she was no good. And certainly not worth bad blood between you and your mother(the woman who brought you into this world and your first truest support and fan) And if things (god forbid) don't work out, you're still life bonded through your new child.

I am a mother, therefore, I know how your mother must feel regarding the way things were handled. But before becoming a mother we are women, and have been around long enough to know when things are just not right. There is nothing more sacred than the love of a mother, and your mother proved that her love for you was unconditional. I don't feel you handled things as you should have, and if you do nothing else, get things right with your mother. God only gives up one opportunity with a biological mother, one who carried you in her womb, loving you, nurturing you before she ever saw you. Mothers are usually on point, and it is God given instincts when something just isn't right for our children. I am sure your mother would tell you out of all she set aside for you and your career, that you owe her nothing, that it was done out of love for her son. It is not what you do in life, it's how you do it. The way things were handled on your part was not the best, and in order for God to continue to cover you and anyone connected to you, you must get this straight. I am confident your mother is crushed, but son you can bring comfort by sitting down talking with her, heart to heart. I am praying for you both, and DNA with your wife's past history is not a bad idea. I don't know you but I felt you were doing positive things, and there are a lot of kids watching you, and we have to live by example and not send out the wrong message.
