Spencer Pratt: I'll Be a Billionaire Before I'm 30

Spencer Pratt never fails to deliver as The Hills’s resident villain, but Heidi Montag’s devilish diva of a fiancé has political ambitions. “I’m trying to be a billionaire before 30,” Pratt told Radar. “I plan to be governor at least, and president if possible.” For the moment, though, the mastermind revels in his Hills infamy. “I love the bad press,” he said. “I’m an entertainer.”

Denying any hold over Heidi, Pratt insisted he’d never take money from his woman. “I would never tell Heidi what to do. I would never make any decisions where Heidi is not 100 percent in charge,” he said. While combative on-screen, Pratt claims he is willing to end the feud with Lauren Conrad. “This beef is nothing — real beef is if you harm my family or friends,” he said. Apparently, Brody Jenner’s alleged breach of loyalty falls into Pratt’s category of real beefs. “There are things he would do that I would never, over my dead body, do to my friends,” said Pratt.
