Jamie Lynn Spears left the Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, Mississippi Saturday two days after giving birth.

The 17-year-old was driven out of the hospital by 19-year-old fiance Casey Aldridge in a white Range Rover at 1:40 a.m. She was in the back seat surrounded by a white sheet. The couple received a police escort.

Maddie – born Thursday weighing 7 lbs., 11 ounces – is the first child for the Zoey 101 star and Aldridge, a pipe layer.

"I'm sure the baby's beautiful, and I'm so glad everybody's healthy and doing well," Jamie Lynn's cousin Alli Sims told Usmagazine.com Thursday.

Jamie Lynn's sister Britney, 26, returned to L.A. Friday after flying to Louisiana for the birth. Britney's arrival at LAX caused chaos among over 30 paparazzi.

Jamie Lynn Spears' cousin Alli Sims says the 17-year-old will make a great mom to daughter Maddie.

"I'm sure the baby's beautiful, and I'm so glad everybody's healthy and doing well," Sims told Usmagazine.com at an after-party for Wanted in Los Angeles on Thursday.

"I just wish them all the happiness in the world," she said. "I know they're going to have so much fun."

Sims — who said she is still "great friends" with Britney (who's recording a new album) — added that she plans on sending "something cute.

"I'm sure they're doing great," she told Us. "I know they're just so excited."

Maddie was born Thursday at Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, Mississippi.

She weighed 7 lbs., 11 ounces.

The aspiring singer says her cousin is "doing well"

Alli Sims says she is still talking to cousin Britney Spears.

"I cannot really say much more about [her], but she is doing well," Sims told Usmagazine.com at the Montblanc Oscar Brunch at Casey Johnson's Villa in Beverly Hills last night.

Spears has been involuntarily hospitalized twice to treat her bipolar disorder. She is currently under the supervision of her parents (her father was granted legal, financial, and medical control of her life) and hasn't seen her two sons since January 3.

"Everybody just keeps supporting her and rooting [for] her because everyone kind of goes through weird little patches in [their] life," Sims told Us.

"You just need friends and family and everyone to support you and help you through it, and everything will be okay."

Sims, who is working on her first album, says she and Spears "will definitely collaborate on something."

"I think we are kind of both open to anything," Sims said. "We are really good friends, we are really close, and we really love working on stuff together, so I think that possibly something like that could happen."

Sims lived with Spears for eight months last year and previously told Us, "I wish people would give her a break and lay off her."

Spears' cousin tells Us the singer's beau Adnan Ghalib "only has bad intentions"

Britney Spears' cousin and former assistant Alli Sims says the troubled pop star is "not crazy," but she's worried about the singer's new beau, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib.

Despite paid offers to dish on Spears, Sims has stayed out of the fray. She has never commented on the singer before and wants it known she was not paid to talk. She breaks her silence to Us Weekly in its latest issue, on newsstands now.

"I do not think Adnan is a good person," Sims, 26, tells Us. "I think he only has bad intentions. He has given me a weird feeling and creeped me out. I wish he would just go away."

"When you go through your whole life just listening to what everybody tells you to do, you get to the point where you're not used to having to pick out yourself what is really important," she tells Us of her relationship with Spears and her adviser Sam Lutfi.

Sims is adamant that Spears was not on drugs before she was hospitalized on Jan. 3. "I do not think that is the issue at all," she tells Us. "I was with her for eight months pretty much every day and never witnessed anything like that – and I lived there." (Sims was not with Spears during her meltdown, despite reports otherwise.)

The aspiring singer says Spears "adores" her two children and is simply upset and sad by her custody situation. "I wish people would give her a break and lay off her," she adds.

"I love Britney," Sims tells Us, defending herself against claims she abandoned her cousin over the weekend

Denying online reports, Alli Sims, Britney Spears' cousin and former assistant, tells Usmagazine.com that her reality show has not been canceled and her trip to New York over the weekend – when Spears was hospitalized – was not an affront to their relationship.

"While Britney was being hospitalized in LA, Alli, her supposed best friend, was self-promoting in NYC," an "insider" told Life & Style.

"These claims are ridiculous," Sims tell Us. "I had plans for a girls weekend, and my friends had already flown into town to meet up with me. Yes, I continued with my plans that included going to dinner and a club. How was I to predict what would happen the weekend I was gone?"

"As far as having a falling out with anyone, that is simply not true," Sims says. "I love Britney, and care way more about her well-being than any of these strangers making these claims."

Sims tells Us her proposed reality show has not been scrapped, as the report claimed, because it's still in the discussion stage. Sims asks, "How can it be pulled when it was never beyond discussion and experimental stages?"

On Friday, it was incorrectly reported that Sims had broken down a door to reach Spears before the singer was taken to Cedars-Sinai. "Even if I was there I would not have banged down the door with a hammer, that's not my style," she told Us.

Britney Spears' cousin and former assistant Alli Sims was not involved with rescuing the singer during her breakdown last night.

PageSix.com reported Sims used "brute force to pry the singer out of the bathroom where she had barricaded herself with son Jayden James late last night."

But Sims tells Usmagazine.com: "I absolutely was not there. And even if I was there I would not have banged down the door with a hammer, that's not my style. I would have knocked!"

Spears ditches fans at album release party for a night of clubbing in West Hollywood.

Britney Spears celebrated the release of her latest album Blackout by hitting West Hollywood club Winston’s early Tuesday morning.

Extra reported Spears, 25, had planned to surprise fans who were lined up to buy her new album at midnight at a Virgin Megastore in Hollywood – but fled after seeing the massive crowds. With her cousin Alli Sims, she then hit Winston’s at 12:15 a.m.

Spears got into the Halloween spirit early, dressing as a sexy pirate. (Buy her $53.99 costume here).

“Her dress was so short you could see her butt every time she climbed up and down the couch [to dance]!” a witness told Usmagazine.com. “She took a bunch of pictures of herself and admired herself in a mirror while dancing.”

But her mood soured when the DJ played her new single, “Gimme More” around 1:30 a.m.: Spears stopped dancing and began sucking on a Blow Pop, the onlooker said.

“She seemed uncomfortable,” the eyewitness added.

At around 1:48 a.m., Spears got too hot and — big shocker! — swapped outfits with a bartender, the source said, changing into a backless halter dress.

On her way home in Beverly Hills, Spears and Sims (who was driving) were pulled over around 2:30 a.m. because their headlight was burned out, not for speeding as it’s been reported, a deputy dispatcher at the West Hollywood sheriff office tells Us.

Ryan Seacrest tells radio audience he saw Spears and the Dallas Cowboys quarterback “frolicking” at Hollywood club Les Deux this weekend.

Ryan Seacrest – who was at Hollywood club Les Deux October 26 when Britney Spears mingled with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo — said he saw the singer give him a lap dance.

"I spoke to her for a minute. She seemed to be in a very, very good mood,” he said on his KIIS-FM radio show this morning. “She had her sunglasses on. I said, 'Busy day, huh?' She kind of smiled and laughed and said, 'Yeah.' And then I believe I saw her and Tony Romo frolicking."

"Lap dancing?" a co-host asked.

"I mean some would say," Seacrest said.

"She's on his lap," the co-host continued.

"Yeah," Seacrest replied.

Usmagazine.com reported Spears (with longtime pal Alli Sims) first met up with Romo when they made a five-minute stop at Ketchup restaurant in L.A.after her frenzied custody court hearing on Friday. Spears and Sims left after about five minutes.

The pair hit Les Deux around 10:30 p.m. Romo, 27 (who was recently linked to Sophia Bush), and his friends joined them a short time later.

"She was dancing and talking a lot with Tony," an onlooker told Usmagazine.com.

Spears, the witness added, "seemed in a really good mood and was super happy when [one of her] songs came on." Her pal Avril Lavigne also popped by her table to say hi.

In typical Spears club style, the singer changed into a new dress and shades in a club bathroom midway through the night.

By 1:15 a.m., Spears left with Sims, but returned to the club a short time later after realizing she accidentally left her cell phone behind.

At least one person is on Team Britney. Britney Spears’ cousin and personal assistant Alli Sims jumped to her boss' defense recently, calling Sarah Silverman’s opening remarks at the MTV Video Music Awards "mean."

“Have you seen Britney’s kids? Oh my god, they are the most adorable mistakes you will ever see!” Silverman said at the VMA’s. “They are as cute as the hairless vagina they came out of.”

When Sims was making a grocery run for the 25-year-old pop star on Wednesday, photographers asked if she had anything to say to the razor-tongued comic. “What about Sarah Silverman?” a paparazzo asked. “Do you have anything to say to her?”

“She’s mean…MEAN,” Sims replied (see video of the exchange here). “She’ll have kids one day and she won’t appreciate that crap.”

Actually, Silverman has said in the past that she believes she won’t have children.

“When I was 13 to 16, I went through a dark depression,” she said in the June issue of Maxim, in a rare moment of seriousness. “I don’t think I could take the pain of watching a child go through that. I can say pretty confidently I won’t be having kids of my own.”
