Get ready because Chrissy Teigen and BECCA Cosmetics are about to make your summer a whole lot more glow-y. The brand behind those kilowatt highlighters announced on Tuesday, June 19, that it is once again teaming up with the Sports Illustrated covergirl (and social media funny lady) on a new beach-ready bronzing oil aptly named Endless Summer Glow Body Oil. There is no word yet on when it will launch, but if the instant sell-out success of Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty Body Lava (a shimmering lotion that imparts that just-back-from-the-beach glow sans-sun) is any indication, it’s going to be a big hit.
Fans have been speculating about what’s new from the BECCA x Chrissy collab since the newly minted mom-of-two first teased a new product back in April. At the time, she shared a brief Instagram video from her day at the BECCA headquarters with the caption “sneaky peaky!!!! Beautiful day with the @beccacosmetics team!”
Flash forward to Monday, and Chrissy was once again teasing newness. She shared a pixelated look at the ad campaign on her Insta Story and also encouraged her followers to check out the @beccacosmetics handle for more details. By Tuesday, the wait was over with the brand sharing an adorable pic of the model posing alongside a life-size bottle of the Glow Body Oil. Judging from Chrissy’s perfectly shimmering golden goddess gams, arms and décolleté in the pics, it’s safe to say the formula packs a majorly luminous punch.
While this is the first time the model has created a body product, it is not the first time she is working with the glow-based BECCA brand. They collaborated on a cult-fave highlighter palette in May 2017 that included four gorgeous radiance-boosting shades housed inside a sturdy case with a generously sized mirror, and fans have been waiting anxiously for a follow-up ever since.
Considering the beachy theme of the product and campaign imagery, we can only assume the glow oil will be available sooner than later, and we predict it’ll be a major summer hit!
