Don't bother going to Spencer's website, he just said that because him and Heidi want attention. Spencer keeps talking about how Lauren would be no one without him and Heidi. Ok, before season 1, no one knew Heidi, unlike Lauren, who was on Laguna Beach. Before Season 2, no one knew Spencer, if they did, it was "that one guy Brody something, and his friend, you know the one with the TEETH?" And even after The Hills, he was "Lauren's roommates boyfriend". He is no one, and either is Heidi! Without LAUREN they'd be lost! I hate that they're even on this season because I literally throw up in my mouth a little every time I see them on the tv screen! I honestly turn down the volume and look away until they switch back to Lauren or Audrina or Whitney! I really wish I could see them both in public, it would MAKE MY DAY! You notice how they're all about just trying to get that 15 minutes of fame? They keep running to tabloids and talk shows and what not TRYING to get noticed, just talking sh*t just so they'll be in the public eye. They're always out doing something retarded like riding a 2 person bike together just so they'll get photographed so they can be in a magazine! You give yourself BAD publicity guys, so being popular and famous isn't really working out too well, haven't you figured that out by now? Spencer, isn't your dad a celebrity dentist? and i think spencers changed since like the first season or whatver.
but i like lauren too.
i do think that all reality shows they try to make out one person as horrible,because it gets more watchers.
i'm probobly the only person in the world,that doesn't KNOW Heidi and likes her.
and some of the shows,like when heidi and lauren got in a fight one time about spencer heidi was trying to work it out and laurenn's like "i never want to talk to you again ,spencers a sucky person,and you suck too since you talk to him,you chose him over me,don't ever talk to me again"
and it just seemed really childish cause heidi was like "can't we work this out?Spencer and my relationship shouldn't affect ours.."
and even if she said stuff like "i hate lauren so much" on the radio,maybe she had a reason that they don't show on TV.

Spencer is definitly one of the ugliest people in hollywood (inside and out) and for him to say that he did not ruin heidi and lauren's relationship is a load of BS, because he specifically told Brody in the second season of The Hills that the only reason he wanted to live with Heidi was to get her away from Lauren. His motives were not genuine and he did not do this out of love for heidi. If he really loved her he would of respected her friendship with Lauren (even if Lauren did not respect his relationship with heidi), because that's what love is; He should of made that sacrifice instead of choosing to act selfishly.

seriously, i read the bio of heidi and lauren. the b!tch heidi knew obviously who lauren was when they met at orientation in university. lauren was on laguna beach before she went to university and met heidi sooooo obviously heidi knew who lauren was.

she befriended her for a reason and those are obvious, she was using her to ride off her fame. if heidi became friends with lauren she knew she would be famous some how. well, "famous". haha and that bleep spencer if you watched 1st season, spencer is doing the same thing with heidi.

the first season heidi broke up with her boyfriend because he wouldn't treat her like a princess and that every girl should be treated like a princess. spencer is a slick dirt ball, he obviously has been watching the show and if you notice how he always emphasizes how heidi is a princess to him in the second season. from studying linguistics you can tell he had been plotting for some time and have intentions of putting himself and his buddy brody on the hills to get air time to help out brody's career and spencer's management business.
