Britney Spears isn't letting today's court ruling get in the way of her beauty regime.
Usmagazine.com has learned that the 25-year-old singer dropped off sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, with ex-husband Kevin Federline's bodyguard a little after noon, and then drove straight to Epitome, her favorite Bel Air tanning salon. (Prior to her tan-therapy, Spears took her toddlers to Carl's Jr. for a quick lunch.)
Although Spears acted unemotionally during Monday afternoon's exchanging of the kids, about two hours earlier L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon ordered that Spears must hand over full custody to Federline at noon this Wednesday until further notice.

If she couldn't do it for herself or for her kids...KFED getting full custody of them after what he did to her should have been reason enough for her to act like the mother she should be instead of the dumb bleep she is

I think that it's bad that k-fed got the kids. Hey everyone look what he was doing when she had them. He was out partying and living it up on her money and her name!!! I think the only reason he wants the kids now is for a bigger pay day! He tried to get alot of money out of her during the divorce!Think about it!

It is not the publics fault that Brit is a terrible mother. The public doesn't put the drink in her hand or the drugs up her nose. The public doesn't tell her to blow off her kids to go partying, or drive them around when she doesn't even have a valid drivers license. How many times has she been to rehab and she couldn't even straighten up for her kids hell she didn't even show up to court, the child was getting gas and drinking a latte. Give me a break. She needs court ordered inpatient rehab and psych treatment- where she can't sign herself out.
Her comeback at the MTV awards was so lame too she barely moved she looked like she was sedated or something. She needs serious help and probably tough love, not sympathy. Save the sympathy for her boys when they are 9 and 10 years old and can find out that their mother didn't care about them enough to stop partying

i feel so sorry for her, everyone makes out that she is a bad person when shes not shes just really unstable and heartbroke from her marrage which didnt work out with kevin. Everyone seems to think that kevin is an ideal parent and perfect when hes not, he takes drugs, he drinks but know one knows because he isnt as famous as britney. The press need to lay off britney and leave her to get on with her life otherwise the next headline will be Britney Spears-suicide!

Britney rushed into a marrige and had two children very quickly. She thought that would fill the emptyness she was feeling at the time and she thought she had finally found someone who loved her and understood her. Everyone has fallen for the wrong guy before. Now you think because she is going on with her life she does'nt care about her children and whats going on? You expect her to sit at home and cry and mope! I'm glad she's getting out and still living her life but you people don't know her and you don't know what she is really going through!

If a mother wants to party and act like she is single,then maybe she shouldn't have become a mother in the first place.
A mother is supposed to be there for her kids and not be selfish and self absorbed into thinking that she can go out and party like a single person and have nannies to look after the kids. Another thing,I could personally do without, the crotch and butt shots of brit,lohan and hilton,it's just plain tacky!

All this time I thought that she was going through a serious dependency problem, as well as possible mental health issues (but they can't really be diagnosed until she's sober, so who knows), plus possible psychological issues as a result of growing up surrounded by yes-people and really not having an adolescence. But now I really wonder if she wants the kids at all. Either that or her drugs issues are so bad she spent the last week now knowing what day it was an ignoring any advisers around her. I find that hard to buy though considering her shopping trips across the country. To blatantly defy the judge's orders...it just does not make sense unless she didn't care, IMO. If anything is going to put your back to the wall it's an order by a judge with a tight deadline. The refusal to comply screams not caring or she is way more messed up than anyone realizes. Either way the kids definitely needed to be out of her custody.

For the REAL TRUTH of where Britney went after finding out that she had temporarily lost custody of her two boys, is reported on x17online. She went to the DMV to get her California Driver's license. There is PICTURE proof of it on the x17website. US Magazine has zero credibility. They don't seem to care about the truth. If they did this is the TRUTH they would have reported.

Britney DID NOT hand her children over early!. Yesterday is her court regulated day to give the children to k-fed (for their 50/50 custody agreement). She did not have a choice but to give the children to k-fed yesterday. She was simply abiding by the rules of the 50/50 child cusody agreement.
