The Talk

The Talk is a daytime talk show that premiered on CBS in 2010. The show was created by Sara Gilbert and originally focused on motherhood but expanded its coverage to include news and current events. Current hosts include Sheryl Underwood, Amanda Kloots, Jerry O’Connell and Akbar Gbajabiamila with Natalie Morales as the moderator. Julie Chen Moonves, Sharon Osbourne, Leah Remini, Carrie Ann Inaba and more have appeared as cohosts through the years.

Episodes open with a segment known as “Everybody Talks,” which focuses on current and headlining news, followed by celebrity guest interviews, musical performances, cooking segments and product showcases.

The Talk has earned two Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Talk Show. Season 14 began in October 2023.
