Father-and-son duo, Dan and Eugene Levy, created and developed the concept. After appearing on Netflix after its third season, the sitcom gained popularity and earned nine Primetime Emmy Awards and 33 Canadian Screen Awards. Schitt’s Creek aired in 2015 and ran for six seasons until 2020.
