He stalks people, harrasses them, threatens bodily harm to them, tries to steal money from them....this guy is a nut job, I hope Britney's father can really get this guy barred from Britney forever. It seems Britney has been doing so much better without this Sam Lufti around, he's a looney.

Sam Lutfi filed papers Friday objecting to the California Superior Court commissioner who ordered him to stay away from Britney Spears for another month.
The document, which was signed by Lutfi, did not reach the courtroom until after Monday's hearing, during which the temporary restraining order barring Lutfi from Spears was extended until April 16, according to the Associated Press.
Lutfi is free to appear in court on April 16 to petition for a new judge.
He has been forbidden from going within 250 yards of Spears and her home since February.
Mom Lynne accused Lutfi of demanding money from the singer and drugging her.
Lutfi has had two previous restraining orders against him for violent verbal and physical attacks for incidents not related to Spears.

And exactly WHY would you assume she's keeping in touch with him? Britney's dad has been keeping watch over her from Day 1, so it doesn't seem likely. And she obviously doesn't need to "OK" anything if her dad has conversatorship over her for at least a few more months.

Um so can anyone tell me why this freak is fighting to see someone who obviously doesn't want to see him....a little looney???? Stalker anyone? This is just insane to me for someone to fight for that right when clearly he is not needed nor wanted. What does he think he is going to do if the order is lifted? Depending on how you look at it she seems to be doing MUCH better with him out of her life. I can't see a judge in their right minds giving him the chance to screw her up again. Other than money what possibly could his motives be for wanting so badly back into her life?
