Why would the question her? She was in CALIFORNIA..she wasn't even there in New York. She didn't call them..they called her. There's no law saying you can't call someone other than 911 in an emergency. (Yes, they SHOULD have called 911 first.)

in my opinion, it would be an absolute outrage and another example of the rich and famous getting special treatment if the NYPD did not question her- and by question, i mean real questions, not softballs. it would be standard for anyone else in her position to be questioned during the investigation (why did the masseuse call her? how did they know each other; why did she send bodyguards over?)

this is honestly so ridiculous. i give some credit to the NYPD, they haven't been starting these rumors and have addressed the nonsense that tabloids have been publishing in order to make it known what truly was going on. it is a shame that gossip magazines are being taken as the credible source on this tragedy - when all they want is a celeb story from it. watching multiple news sources i heard that...

1. the perscription medications were not scattered by his body but just found in the house
2. no illegal drugs involved

All of which had been reported incorrectly by gossip rags.
This is so far an accidental death and a horrible tradegy. I wish media outlets such as this one would stop reporting until the truth is known. it is not pleasant for anyone to read about and i'm sure the family and heath would not want his name smeared in death when he kept his life private from the tabloids. show some respect for a man who did his job and wanted to make people happy and didn't live a flashy media life.

This was probably a tragic accident. Mary-Kate is not to blame. You don't know how you would react in that situation so STFU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't like Ms. Olsen's "I already have people coming over" bit. He friend and possible boyfriend(?) she is told may be dead and she's just soooo concerned.
