Britney Spears was released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center this morning, a hospital insider tells Usmagazine.com. She is currently at her Beverly Hills home with her father, Jamie.
"Britney and her people left already," the source tells Us. The news was first reported by Entertainment Tonight.
ET reports the pop star, 26, left the hospital via underground tunnel with Dr. Phil because, "there was no reason to hold her longer."
"Now Britney is under the supervision of her family again," a source close to Spears tells Us.
Spears was rushed to the hospital after disobeying court custody orders Thursday night. To see a timeline of what went down, click here.
Yesterday, L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon suspended her visitation rights with sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 15 months "pending further order of the court."
The order is effect until a January 14 hearing.
On Friday, her distraught mother Lynne, who is home in Kentwood, said, "Just say prayers."

What I dont understand is she was placed on 72 hour legal hold. How did she get out early? I have depression and am now on meds that are working very well and i live a great life but it wasn't always that way. I never did the wacko things like her but I did have a breakdown one time and took MYSELF to the hospital ( so I wouldn't hurt myself or other) becasue I knew I needed help. I was then placed on 72 hour legal hold and once I was seen by all the needed Dr's and therapists and got the beginning of the help I needed I was released. Sure I pitched a fit after a day and wanted to go but it was a legal hold and Im glad they did it. Too bad they break rules for her she really needs the help. Everyone around her is an enabler. Even though I do blame her for her actions though.
Get it together you have 2 kids what the heck is your deal!!

Dang I just wish she would get the help she needs. Everyone is bad mouthing her and cleary she needs help. The people that truly love her she has pushed out of her life and instead of them forcing her to get help they are not. They need to do an intervention with her big time. How is she even going to begin to recover if she has people following her and snapping pictures like crazy. I feel so bad for her, I really wish her the best. Chantal - News flash sweetie - this has nothing to do with Kevin Federline. Absolutely nothing. This sad story is about a girl - make that woman - who has problems, big problems, she refuses to get help with. She has isolated herself from everyone who could help her because she doesn't want to hear it from them. She is acting in a way that is down right scary with kids, and if I was K-Fed, I would be doing exactly what he is doing - protecting my kids. How many women kill their babies each year because of mental illness while those around them ignore the warning signs? He has not turned a blind eye because he loves his kids and they need to be distanced from this chaos for the time being. I would love to see her get herself together, but that is her choice and hers alone. In the meantime, I hope someone keeps protecting those babies.
