Extra has obtained the Calls For Service report from the Santa Monica Police Department, which lists the reason for the 911 call from Owen Wilson’s house on Sunday as an “attempted suicide”.
The 911 call, which was received on August 26 at 12:08 p.m., was made by the actor’s younger brother, Luke, who found Owen. The Wedding Crashers star was immediately rushed to St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica and was later transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
According to Extra, he is listed in “good condition.”

Your cover this week is kind of insulting. It implies that the real issue or "nightmare" here is not whatever demons drove Owen Wilson to attempt to kill himself but just how the whole situation will affect Kate Hudson.

I usually do not follow the "gossip" news about celebrities, except for occasionally glancing at the magazines while standing in the check-out line at the grocery store. Mainly I suppose because it makes me feel so old that I don't know who half of the "celebrities" are anymore. But I do know who Owen Wilson is, and I DO know something about drug problems. All I can say (if he were to read this), is that NOTHING is worth killing yourself over. If you just wait another day, sometimes things look a little brighter and a bit less bleak when the next sun comes up. Most of my family, including myself, have struggled with some type of drug addiction or another, and I am living proof that while my life isn't perfect, it is a great deal more fun than the alternative. I am not a huge fan of his, (simply for the movie plots he chooses) but do recognize his talent, and I believe the world would surely be a darker place without him in it.

This place wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the people who can't seem to get their heads around the concept of an internet message board.

2) Number 1 does not mean that people don't have lives, in fact...
3) Anybody who has ever said "get a life" likely doesn't have much of a life. At least enough of a life to realize how ridiculous they sound.
4) Indeed, people ARE having conversations...that's what is done on internet message boards...welcome to the 21st century...and the people who are the subjects DON'T READ THE SITE!
5) The general idea is to hover around the topic. Who wants to read 50 posts saying "GET WELL SOON!" or "b*tch!"...or whatever vapid sentiment or lack of might be posted.
6) The "special" people who come are generally best ignored unless you can really lace them up.
7) The Stacie bit is not funny anymore. In fact, it was only funny for a split second and before it became clear you're not kidding around. Find another way to contribute or p*ss off.
