witchy..this might sound gross to you, but I refuse to shower in public showers, so I just pat off ...my hair usually gets a little messy from it, not to bad....and wipe my face off...then shower when I get home 3 hours later.....I just refuse to use a public shower!

wow, yeah a workout alwyas makes me feel better,,, its almost as if you get a high or something..... its addictive.... i cannot work out at lunch,,, when i take a shower at the gym my hair always gets frizzy.... too much to deal with ahahahhahahahhah, then i'd need to reapply makeup etc,,, maybe i am just a lazy bones

I always work out at lunch...saves time at night (so I can study, clean) and I actually feel better the rest of my work day when I do it at lunch...does it make you feel better witchy? Dang woman...now I feel like my 30 minutes of aerobics was wussy!!!! ahhhhhhh
