Did Anna Nicole Smith dye her new daughter's hair? According to the Associated Press, Larry Birkhead’s attorney is accusing Smith, 38, of darkening her infant daughter's locks to make it look like the baby’s father is Howard K. Stern.
Stern, 37, and Birkhead (who is Smith’s ex) have been in a bitter paternity battle since the child was born, with each claiming to be the child’s father.
Birkhead saw the child with dark hair in previewed snippets of Smith’s interview with Entertainment Tonight, scheduled to air Thursday.
Birkhead became suspicious of the baby’s darker hair color because he, himself, has sandy blonde locks (Smith has platinum hair which is probably dyed), while Smith's current love, Stern, sports naturally black hair.
"It's horrendous," Birkhead’s attorney Debra Opri said. "We are calling our experts right now to see if dyeing an infant's hair is any way toxic or harmful to a child."
Smith's attorney Ron Rule called the hair-coloring allegations ridiculous.
The allegedly tinfoiled tot, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, is barely two months old but is already the subject of two paternity lawsuits -- one filed in California and the other in the Bahamas, where Smith and Stern currently live.
Birkhead originally filed a lawsuit ordering that Smith and the child return to California for a paternity test. He filed a second lawsuit last week in the Bahamas alleging Smith and Stern committed fraud and conspiracy.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Smith was hospitalized with pneumonia at Doctors Hospital in Nassau, the same medical center where her son, Daniel, died under mysterious circumstances in September.
"She has a slight case of pneumonia," Smith's attorney Wayne Munroe told the AP. "We've had a sudden change of weather here due to a cold snap."

Howard is a good guy who is being attacked by all sides because he is left with Anna's mess along with the possibility of managing her millions of dollar lawsuit. Let Anna speaks, let her be heard!!! she chose howard to be the guardian to daniel if she dies and she chose howard to be the father on the birth certificate of danielyn and she chose howard to be the executor of her money and she chose howard to be the constant companion in the last 12 years. Let her be heard!!! for good sake the woman had a mind...enough of a mind to go and testify in a us supreme court case where she won....in the highest court of the land. Obviously, she had a mind. Grow up and leave howard alone!!! Larry and Virgie are the blood suckers here. It is so apparent.

I feel very sorry for DannieLynn! But to those who do not know or did not hear Vickie Lynn tried to detox while she was pregnant. Anyone who does not know detoxing can be very difficult even managed medically. I think that Vickie Lynn was a child at heart who never knew love or peace with the exception of the short time she was married to her deceased husband. I think that the fact that she had his ashes buried with her says so much about her love for him. I think the others all gained by association. And I for one think that all they players of this drama are all a large part of what killed her. Because she lost her beloved son Daniel she was definitely having major problems because imagine the roller coaster ride she was on just giving birth, her sons dead in her room. And immediately Larry Birkhead went to work to get custody of the baby. Who's the daddy is immaterial. All that is important is that there is a baby who will someday read all the things said about her mother. And imagine reading some of the filthy things said about her. Was she right in stripping to feed her son I have to say she loved him enough to do what it took. Her going to Playboy centerfold tells me she wanted to give him more. And then her deceased husband gave her love and stability and promise of a good life. Only it went on to a war of greed by the adopted son. So I for one say Vickie Lynn *Anna Nicole* is blessedly at rest with her husband and son. And I think that there is a lot of heartless money hungry people trying to manipulate Dannielynns future for their own personal gain. I say a judgement should be done immediately and put everything in trust for her and only to be given by the court. And a mediator should be in place to insure her well being. And then maybe she will have a good life. RIP ANNA DEAR...

Let Howard live his life to the fullest with his baby girl and great memories of anna. It is so sad people just can not quit the jeopardy. Slow down and wait and find out. I used to really like Anna...or at least I was always happily entertained by her. Now I'm completely pissed at her. She didn't give a sh-it about that baby. Otherwise she would have gotten clean as soon as she got prego and stayed alive! She was just selfish. It's as simple as that.

Have any of you people actually took a good long look at DannieLynn? She looks just like her father - Larry Birkhead. The shape of her eyes, the nose, the smile, the eye color - she is his child. I wish I could place a bet on this in Las Vegas. I would mortgage the house on this one. That is Larry Birkhead's baby! He seems like a good guy, and I don't believe he wants his child for any monetary gain. If that was my baby, I would feel the same way. I would just want to raise it, and try to make a stable home for the child away from the public eye, and away from Hollywood, and all the gossip about her Mother. Larry comes from a good Southern family, and he should take her back to Kentucky and raise her, put her in a private school, call her by the name Hope Birkhead, and let her live as normal a life as possible. I do feel some pity for Howard Stern, but I feel like he looked at Anna as his meal-ticket, and he was mostly just a member of her entourage for years, before he supposedly became her lover. I do feel like he enabled her by letting her take drugs in his presence, especially when she was pregnant. Another strange happening - Daniel had went to see a private investigator about 2 months before he died because he said he was afraid for his mother and the influence that Howard Stern was having on her. He also said that he was personally afraid of Howard Stern. The investigator has now come forward and said that the way his investigation has gone so far, he feels that there was definitely a homicide involved either with Daniel or with Anna. This is all looking pretty grim for Stern, especially with the DNA swab finally being done on DannieLynn yesterday. I hope this mess finally gets straightened out, and I believe the natural father should have precedence over anyone - Grandmother, Stern, etc. - when it comes to custody. As far as Anna goes, I think she is where is wanted to be - with her son. I think she actually lost a piece of her soul, along with her sanity, when Daniel died. I just hope she went the natural way, or either on her own terms, when it comes to how she died, but if there was foul play, I hope that justice is done - for her and/or Daniel.

Why is everyone so quick to judge Howard Stern? He's the one Anna wanted to be with,otherwise he wouldn't have been there with her. Am I the only one who believes Anna really loved Howard and he loved her? I hope the baby is Howards and everyone will leave them alone. It is interesting to note the birth dates of Larry and Daniel; they are the same day in January. Anna's birthday is one day off of Stern's birthday in November... Wish I could have seen an astrological chart here. Personally, I think Anna was very much in need of a good friend and turned to Stern; he used her for his own gain. He lied regarding Methadon use by Anna back in Sept... and then it showed in the house in the Bahamas, the prescription proof. He lies non stop. Too good to be true? Yep. He needs to be investigated for his whereabouts on the days of the two deaths... so do the nurses, body guards, etc..
There were two murders committed. While stomach contents may have been examined, what about needle injection sites?

It is obvious that the only person in Anna Nicole's past life that truly loved and cared for her was Howard K. Stern and her son Daniel in the end. That is why ANNA chose HIM as the father. Howard eventually fell in love with her and Daniel and has been there for her for almost 10 years. Howard could of left her a long time ago like all the other guys in her life including Larry. And Anna could of kicked him out. Anna could of got what she wanted or needed from anyone.
Anna, Howard and Daniel were a family, the only family Anna ever had. The most evil person in Anna's life was her mother. The mother is disgusting...what type of mother or foundation did she give Anna Nicole that would lead her to quit school, live at her aunt's, marry at 17 then become pregnant, strip to support her son, etc. etc. Come on! The mother is on her fifth marriage! Yes that guy in the court is her 5th husband!! When was the last time SHE called Anna? What was wrong with her fingers to pick up the phone once a week and call her daughter? Especially knowing her daughter might be in danger with overusing medicine!! When a mother loves her child, they never give up. She did not care at all about her only child Vickie Lynn Hogan (at the time, then Anna Nicole). Just a selfish, heartless slob. (Not a wonder why Anna turned to drugs.) She can't even let her daughter rest in peace next to her beloved son Daniel, where everyone knows she wanted to be, including the mother! I think if Anna Nicole did not want anyone to know who the natural father is, then it is her decision. These men only wnat what money they may receive from her death and a little of the public eye. I do believe it is possible to grieve yourself to death. I know that she had another child but, there was still Daniel, who was her only child for many years and it is very painful to love someone you love, most of all a child that you have given birth to. Anna Nicole had alot of courgae to follow her dreams and wanting to make a life for herself and her children. God Bless you Anna Nicole and RIP. You will be missed.

hmmm....if i was going to commit murder i would much rather be in the Bahamas than in the US....furthermore, if i was going to commit another one i would much rather do it on an indian reservation than on US soil....hmm....anybody heard about the Aruba problems? This guy is no slouch. if Anna had a 105 degree fever, she would almost be completely out of it i can't imagine she had a heart to heart with anyone explaining that sh e didnt want to go to the hospital because of the media. With regards to the death of her son, a pretty odd time for him to accidently overdose dont you think, right after the birth of his sister?? and worse he was in a hospital and he just fell asleep and died yeah and 4 + 7 is 29...oh and how did Annas step son die in tx, did i hear infection somewhere...what is sad, anna died, anna's son died and anna's daughter will never get a kiss from her mother again....also, the truth will probably never come out, they were best laid plans...RIP anna
