Laguna Beach's resident d-uchebag, Jason Wahler, has been arrested for the second time this month. According to Perez Hilton and TMZ, the LAPD arrested Wahler on Friday at 5:30 p.m. for misdemeanor battery.
According to police, Jason and a female companion, Kristen DeLuca, were involved in an altercation with a Department of Transportation officer and a tow truck driver. Things got physical and police were called to the scene. (Have you ever noticed that whenever the phrase "female companion" is implemented, said companion is usually the type of person who has nekkid pictures floating around? Case in point.)
Wahler and DeLuca were both arrested for battery. Wahler's bail was set at $20,000 and he was released Saturday afternoon.
The reality show star was also busted three weeks ago in New York and charged with one count each of disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and bribery.
We knew he was no good when he kissed Jessica at that fashion show benefit thingie and had her sit on his lap when he was SO going out with L.C. Just sayin'.

It's funny, I just clicked on the "link" where it says CASE IN POINT to see the illeged naked pictures. And, there aren't ANY Porn or Nude pictures of her on there. So, it makes USmagazine look pretty DUMB, since they are saying there are NEKKID pictures of her on there, hence the "case in point" part. This really bothers me that people, especially "well-known" tabloid magazines are stereotyping a woman, with LIES of being in the PORN industry, when she is NOT at all..... I actually sent Kristen a message on her myspace page a while back, asking her if she could point me in the right direction towards getting involved in the Bikini Circuit of Modeling (which is what she is well-known for----being a beautiful swimsuit model). She replied very fast, with a long response. The suggestions she made to me helped me tremendously, and I have already shot with numerous photographers and am in the "works" with magazines such as FHM and MAXIM. And, honestly----KRISTEN DELUCA is who I have to thank for that. She is truly a great person at heart!

I definately agree with the comment regarding the positive things on Kristen. Kristen is one of the most respectable models in the Swimsuit modeling industry. That's what she is---a SWIMSUIT model, NOT a PORN model. She had the honor of being a Playboy model, which many women would jump to do, if they were chosen for it. She is intelligent and very respectful. She is also one of the only ladies I have seen that actually responds to fan mail, and is very pleasant about it too. She is a beautiful women who has a good head on her shoulders, and is a college graduate with honors galore to boot. Jealousy will get you everytime, and I can already tell, by the comments on here, that it has gotten ahold of you. Just like Kristen's myspace page says---If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all.
