Sure, Dannielynn may look just fine and dandy NOW, but the psychological issues she’s gonna end up having when she gets older will be over whelming! Its gonna be hard enough on her when she realizes that her mom moved to the Bahamas and buried her son in the Bahamas because her mom didn’t want her or herself to have anything to do with her dad.
But then Dannielynn is gonna see her dad jump up and down like he just won the lottery (hell, he even came out and said that he felt like he won the Oscar!) when the dna test proved her was her biological father. She’s gonna some day see that her mom said that all her father wanted was money and fame and she’s gonna see that before her last name was even changed to Birkhead he had her busted out for her first photo shoot with him. And then she’s gonna see nearly every event in her life, big or small, has been documented by either some tv show or some super market rag. And she’s someday going to see that instead of actually mourning the lose of her mom and brother its gonna look like her dad was actually enjoying his new found 15 minutes of fame by going to what ever event would give him even the slightest bit of publicity. And now we seem to have the cherry on top. Its not gonna be bad enough when Dannielynn realizes her mom was actually a playboy model, daddy had to go and buy her mom’s playboy underwear too. Oh lord. Larry might as well just book that psychiatrist visit now.

being sexy was a very beig part of the Anna Nicole Smith mystique. The lingerie that was worn by her was part of her personna. I think that if Larry wants to aquire and put away something tangible for his daughter so that she can relate to this side of her mother when she is grown, I say good for you for thinking so far ahead. You can be told may things about someone you don't know, but to be able to touch something that belonged to them makes relating easier.

This is awful to me, to collect this stuff for her, if he wants to show off her Playboy days he can buy issues of the magazines. Unfortunately there is tons of film out there of her at her worst. Seems to me he would want to show the best side of her, there must be something else. She had an entire houseful of things.

Are you nuts? Comparing Anna Nicole to Elvis? A museum dedicated to Anna Nicole? Get real! One was a music legend, the other a Playboy wh*re. She wasn't fit to shine anyone's shoes, and it's pretty stupid to want her lingerie for their daughter. Larry is very clueless when it comes to going about creating memories of her mother for her.

My first thought was that this sounded a little creepy, but I think it is a wonderful way for Dannielynn to get back a part of who her mother was and to understand the person she was. I only wish they would have given those things to her instead of making him pay for them, but at least they have them now and they did not end up with a random stranger who has no sentimental connection.

I'm just glad to see she's being well taken care of and with someone who loves her so much! She looks so much like Anna! AWW!
