Michael Rozman/Warner Bros.

Sure, Jenna Hager was excited about planning her May 10 nuptials to Henry Hager — but not nearly as much as First Lady Laura Bush.
"She did start calling me Momzilla!" Laura admits on an upcoming episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show (airing Wednesday, May 28).
Adds Jenna, 26: "She liked the details more than I did!"
Laura says, "It really kind of hurt my feelings."
Still, Jenna, who just attended her husband's graduation, says she was glad to have her mother's input.
"She’s just really good with details about parties — I would not have thought of some of the details," says Jenna, who jokes her appearance on DeGeneres' show was "sort of like a therapy session."
(See photos from Jenna's wedding at her parents' Texas 1,600-acre ranch. When Ellen asks if she could wed Portia di Rossi at the ranch, Jenna says, "sure.")
Her daughter's wedding isn't the only milestone for the First Lady. In January, she will be vacating the White House after eight years.
"It’s a long time to live in the White House and to have that kind of stress," she says. "There are a lot of things I’m looking forward to."
She says she's "going to keep a little book of things that I want to do ... like garden."
Jokes Jenna, "Today she said, 'I just can’t wait to garden.' I was like, 'Yeah, right!'"

hmm...if all you liberal tree huggers havent noticed...theres way more support for bush on here than you think..THANK GOD theres still some smart and PROUD americans out there! the rest of you should just move we dont need you idiots here anyway...that means you too Dave!
hey dave- i don't live under a rock but apparently you do! i think it's funny how you say most americans aren't stupid. do you realize that congress has almost all the power? and since bush is a republican, congress is going to be democratic so it's the stupid democrats that are making this place the way it is. they are also the ones who think it's all bush's fault and will point the finger at him instead of being smart and knowing it's congress. ha ignorant fool dave.
and for the rest of you people who think we should pull out of war; why would we stop now after going this far? that will make the US seem weak. if troops were pulled out, where's the safety of america? and those who say innocent soldiers are dying, they volunteered to go into the war. they know their lives are at risk but they want to defend our country and go down with a fight.
hey here's a way to lower gas prices. all you socialist pig democrats can bring down the demand on oil by not driving your cars. walk everywhere you go especially to starbucks or wherever you go to get your coffee that made it necessary to use thousands of gallons of gas to get from juan valdez in south america. that's all i wanted to say i have to go to work to help support all the lazy liberals on welfare,w.i.c. and foodstamps.
Hey,IDIOT!Did you just call yourself smart and said gas prices have nothing to do with the president?I majored in economy and am not dumb, and most Americans out there also not that stupid,so WE KNOW gas prices have a lot to do with the BAD DECISIONS Bush has made in the last 8 years...Terrible international relations and economic decisions. The whole WORLD knows this, where do you live, under a rock??IGNORANT FOOL.
508- Yes, and the democratic liberals believe that money should just be handed to people that don't even work for it. Most people are rich as you say because they have worked hard for it. That is who the dems believe in taxing- then giving it to people that have been on welfare for 10 years who sit on their a$$ and do nothing. Actually, if the economy is bad it is because of them- they are the ones who like to tax up the ying yang, not conservatives. Dems think they are democratic which is a society where no government is involved, but they are the ones that involve government too much. They want government to dictate everything- what we can say, how we can worship...my God, do some research and get educated please.
Jenna you will be the same way when your daughter gets married. your daughter gets married just once(hopefully) and if you don it again you will pay for your own wedding. dear.
ok, this story has nothing to do with the war,gas prices or politics. does it suck that gas prices are high? yes, it does. does it suck that we are at war? yes, it does? whose to blame? who knows. do republican citizens drive cars? yes. do democrate citizens drive cars? yes.(even the tree hugging p.e.t.a. ones with bumper stickers that say"my other car is a bike"). YES i am a republican. i'm also mexican. do we all enjoy the freedom we have to speak our minds? yes thank a veteran and remember those that died so you can. i think bush "taking care of his rich oil friends" is to blame. no, i am not a traitor to right wing. is the war his fault? No, the blame goes to bill clinton. the somalia fiasco was all his doing. pulling out to soon made the u.s. look weak. osama was handed to him on a platter. i guess he was too busy having cigar parties with ugly interns to care. bush had to take care of the mess clinton left behind.
I agree with Carrie and support Bush 100%, along with the other SMART Americans who are educated and see that gas prices have nothing to do with the president.
Bush has done too much damage to America, implementing laws that will never be reversed. The only positive thing he's done while in office is put a lot of money in his rich friend's pockets. If you believe otherwise you've been duped. Sorry, but that is the truth. And personally I don't think America can swing back to a pre-Bush country. He's f*cked up too much. It makes me sad to realize this because I love America but our glory years are over and that is largely because of Bush. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think I am.
727...still waiting...
Bush will be out of the White House in a few more months. Then, the price of oil, and everything else will be just peachy. Hang on folks :)
who really cares Jenna your father has ruined the usa but your a rich spoiled little girl who has not clue hope you got a prenup was mommy smart enough to tell you that
409- explain to me how you came up with that wrong thinking dear.
613 Carrie- I agree with you 100 %. What do you expect from the idiots on here? Half of them are so stupid- they don't know how to spell the word government let alone how it works. Hey liberal loonies- don't be mad at Bush for gas prices, be mad at your sh!tty democratic congress.
I never did say congrats to former WWE superstar Trish Straus, 31, and her husband of almost 2 years, Ron, for getting married on September 30, 2006, I wish Trish Stratus a.k.a., Patricia Anne Stratigias, 32, and her husband Ron, all the best with married life, I'm sorry Trish and Ron, I never got a chance to say congrats, forgive me for my mistake, etc.?
For all of your Bush supporters explain to me why BEFORE the war a barrel of oil was $28 and today it stands at almost $135 a barrel? This has nothing to do with CONGRESS but our dumb president.
Who will win the Stanley Cup?
The Pittsburgh Penguins
The Detroit Red Wings
Please vote!!
I think Carrie might be the ONLY one who supports Bush. I think Carrie might be learning disabled.
GO CARRIE!!!!
I see Carrie is one of the few idiots who still supports Bush.
im so happy for the bush fam...blah blah blah...gas is 4 dollars ppl...f these 2...
Laura planned the wedding? I'm surprised. I didn't think she did anything other then sit around the White House in a Vicodin and Oxycotin haze.
8:14, I agree completely with you.
I wouldn't take someone who can't spell Grim Reaper correctly all that seriously.
I'm not a fan of Bush either, but I don't ever think it's appropriate to begrudge the wives and children of Presidents and Vice Presidents any less happiness because of the actions of their spouses/parents. Jenna looked like any other happy bride on her big day, and I wish her and her husband many happy anniversaries.
Don't any of you remember Civics class in HIGH SCHOOL -- or better yet, "Schoolhouse Rock"? In government, there's this wonderful thing called "Checks and Balances." The President does NOT have supreme power. The Congress does NOT have supreme power. The Supreme Court is NOT SUPPOSED to have supreme power. In the Constitution, it says that this is a government FOR the people, BY the people. IF the PEOPLE as a whole do NOT like something, they have the undeniable right to voice it to our representatives in the House and Senate. AND THEN, go out and VOTE for those who CAN change things. IF you STILL don't like things, RUN FOR OFFICE. The President can only really veto what the Congress passes and pardon people. To declare war, he has to go in front of Congress. In all reality, it seems that it would be better to be a Senator or Congressman, because then you can run as many times as you like and serve until you're dead, while making and having laws passed that you helped sponsor. The President is almost as effective as the Queen of England, no matter WHO'S President.
I totally agree with you Carrie!! It's not Bush, people. The president really has no power at all. It's the democratic Congress. Get your facts straight and learn about the government before you start criticizing! My goodness!!!
6:01- just like your dumb a$$ has an opinion, i have one as well..so back off!!! lol! loser
Keep telling yourself that, Carrie!
Gas prices are not because of Congress! We are mostly dependent on FOREIGN oil. Gas prices are because of OPEC and regional tension in the Middle East! You people have NO idea what you are talking about!
