Pete Wentz is speaking out for the first time since his weekend wedding to Ashlee Simpson.
"We have signed a pre-nup," the newlywed rocker admitted on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show Tuesday. (Ashlee was alseep, he said.)
He said "she legally is a Wentz ... I don't know what she'll do with her stage name, that's up to her. She hasn't decided that."
He said they're skipping out on a honeymoon (for now) and have been hanging out in their basement in L.A.
"We got some blow-up palm trees," Wentz said. "A little fake-n-bake tanning booth.
"We're eating DiGiorno's pizza, getting in that tanning oven every once in a while, it's great.
"It's gonna look like we're on that private jet," he added. "We're gonna save that 30 grand, you know?"
So how is married life?
"I feel great!" he said. "It is sunny and 65 in my head."
Wentz still refused to confirm Simpson's pregnancy.
When Seacrest asked why they decided to wed now, Wentz replied, "I get the backdoor question you're asking me, but it's been something we've been planning for a long time. I gave her a promise ring four months ago." (See their race to the altar weekend wedding.)
Seacrest later asked if he's thought about baby names.
Wentz laughed.
"Ryan, this baby has not been confirmed," he said. "The only thing I'm confirming now is that we're in the basement on our honeymoon with these blow-up palm trees."
He was also mum on rumors that Jessica Simpson split with Tony Romo.
"I don't know anything about what's going on with them," he said. "I'm so busy clearing up my own rumors!"
At the Alice In Wonderland-themed wedding — their dog served as the ring bearer — he said Jessica and Tony "seemed like they were dancing. It seemed like it was a good time."

Ashley is a mess.
First she gets plastic surgery (even though she won't confirm) that is painfully obvious b/c of the fact she was almost unrecognizable when she first had it.
Second she hooks up with her band-mate. A dude that is basically on a similar level of K-Fed...ie only getting paid if people go see the artist he works for.
Third, had an unplanned marriage, due to an unplanned pregnancy, and spent a crummy honeymoon eating a frozen pizza???? Yeah, so romantic. That's every woman's DREAM right there.
Ashley, I used to like you, but ever since your plastic surgery, your life has taken a downward spiral. Sorry.

They are on a Honeymoon somewhere in the Caribbean Islands. They are lying to everyone! And everyone fell for it. Her sister Jessica and Tony Romo helped take the spotlight off of them so they could escape the papparazzi by staging the whole break up thing! They are on the honeymoon of their dreams!

Seems like this mag. put so many spin on this story just to keep it going. All over the internet everyone refers to this mag. as the source of info. I gusee they figure this would get more mags sold. This includes the Dallas News which they claim was their original source. It looks like they are still trying to light more fire.

I agree with 1:54 PM Anonymous. I don't think "regular" Hollywood couples are boring either. Like Courtney and David, Jada and Will, or Sarah and Matthew. They are fairly normal, but certainly not boring. In fact, if I were famous, I'd rather be like them.

What do you and your spouse (if you have one) do that makes your life so fantastic? What is wrong with being a "regular couple" if you are famous? That's the problem with the hollywood couples now, they want to be seen too much. Good for them if they prefer to be more humble and down to earth.
