**Gwen Stefani** and Gavin Rossdale are the proud new owners of a four-bedroom home in an exclusive gated community in Beverly Hills, Us Weekly has learned.
The couple , who added a baby son, Kingston, to the clan in May, purchased their new pad from Sam Nazarian, a hospitality mogul and CEO of SBE Entertainment, Nazarian's rep confirms to Us. He put the house on the block in April with an asking price of $15 million.
The seven-bathroom, 10,000 square-foot house spans two acres and features an infinity pool, tennis court, and movie projection room.
Nazarian bought the residence from Jennifer Lopez in October 2004. Lopez owned the property for four years and married Marc Anthony on the estate in a hush-hush ceremony in June 2004.

Texas contess, this doesn't have to be a post about life or death situations. To me, its a boring post. When US gives us a bunch of filler stories, its boring to some people. And frankly, if we wanted to read about the war or watch CNN, we wouldn't be here would we?

I dont know why Gavin doesnt get more attention than he does...yes the grunge music went away mid 90s but he really wasnt that bad of an actor(little black notebook & Constantine) and he is VERY nice to look at!

The $15 mill obviously came from Gwen's bank account cuz Gavin hasn't worked steady in years! I love them both but it makes you wonder, who's supporting who? Like Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey - boy didn't work for a minute! Whatever - they're both HOT!!!!!

i am happy for them. . re: gwen. I have never thought she was all the pretty because she is no where near natural. . the hair or the make-up. . .sorry. she seems sweet/nice though, but gavin is soo much hotter than him.

well, lets see, it says on the article that it has a movie projection room, an infinity pool..so I would think if it has all of that than those are HUGE areas...I am sure their average room is not the scale that we are used to anyways.
