This movie that people say Angie stole is stupid because the pick for the actre.. was already made and I think that Angie is going to do great in this movie.

Jen is going to get a role that suits her not a role that is hard to act out so stop arguing about this and wait for another topic.

I think that Angelina is a no good lier. She said she would never sleep or have an affair with a married man because her dad did it to her mother. But then she is pregnant before Brad and Jens Divorce.

Are you kidding! There is no way that Jennifer Aniston could pull off a part like that. She has no acting talent PERIOD. She is more worried about her hair being out of place then getting fully into her character.

I am rather surprised and disappointed that you would take such a movie life story and not tell it the way it was. Why would you cast a non-Black American in this role? There few roles written with Black women in mind, so when a Black woman writes her life story, that is going to be taken and exploited as well. What's up Mr. Pitt? I thought you and yours were opened minded and free thinking people. I'm very disappointed. I will let me fellow Black Americans who aren't aware of this injustice, to read the book and skip the movies. I always liked you and thought you were less racist than the rest of Hollywood. I am neither an Angelina or Jennifer fan, however, I find this triangle rather sad. Look closely at the pictures of Jen and Brad before the split...he looks at her with love filled eyes, and they were always holding each other. Now...look at pictures of Angelina and Brad...no great love there. I believe Brad got caught up in the adventures of Angie, and when there was a chance he may have reconciled with Jen...boom!...Angelina is pregnant. That happened mightly quickly for someone who would never sleeps with another woman's man. And if Africa's medical facilities were so wonderful, why did Angie fly in her own doctor from the states to deliver her child? Brad seems to take on the role of the woman he is with at the moment; I think he still needs to find himself. Angelina I believe is living in fantasyland. She wears smart suits and pearl earings when meeting with US officials, and then jets sets with other women's husbands (we know Brad is not the first)and has a child out of wedlock. (yea...that's morality for you). She is a woman of many faces, appears to disrepect the feelings of others by alleging them to be wimpy, and yet finds nothing wrong with her life because she gives one-third of her income o charity. She has to give a big part of her charity, if she doesn't the IRS will get it. I don't believe Brad, Jen, or Angelina has what it takes to be "Classic Actors", but they seem to be doing well enough. Oh, and by the way, I think Halley Barry would have been perfect for the Marianne role.

Gigi, you are right. I have seen all her movies at one time or another, including the good girl, and i only saw rachel trying to act like someone else. The good girl was good, but i was hoping for more of a range from her which i never saw. I Thought her and Brad were on the same acting level, but wait, Fight Club, 12 Monkeys And se7en really shows his his acting range.

I see "ANGELA" is back with apologies and guilt. It's ok Angela, split personalites is nothing to be ashamed of, God doesn't judge. You'll be ok.

It's been a while since I've been over to this site, but I can see that you love The Bridges of Madison County too! That movie is deep and on several levels. And that Clint! What a sexy older man!!!! I can't see anyone else doing justice to that role like Clint! Meryl and Clint were perfectly cast! Just perfect! But they are phenomental talents on their own, but together, WOW!!! What chemistry, what passion, we KNEW what they were both feeling in that movie! And the scattering of the ashes was something! It demonstrated that their commitment extended long after they had both passed. What a beautiful movie! I absolutely loved it. ;)

Angelina is a great actress but also Angelina and Brad are great at being tactless. Just one more thing they can rub in Jennifer's face. He's not much of a man in my eyes and she is nothing but a do gooder hoe....Jennifer is better off without him, whether it means she gets the role or not

As I would make dinner, I would turn on the radio and the damn kids would come and change the station, then I would just sit at the dinner table and watch them eat as I passed the bread, then I would tinsle my hair (in a bun) and my mind would start to wander. ha ha.

Yea, that same scene while she's in the truck made me say the same exact thing, the regret she must have felt for not opening that door. And after all those years, she still thought of him. And having her ashes scattered over the bridge, god that's one GREAT movie.

You know, I really admire Meryl because she is classy and she is letting herself age gracefully (without all that Hollywood plastic surgery). You don't hear a bad thing about her. She's a legend right up there with another one of my favorites Shirley Mc- Claine.

Really HATED it. sharon f., I don't even want to get into it here (why I hated that movie on the many levels that I did), but I WILL say that being the first AA actress to receive a Best Actress Oscar for THAT ROLE says a lot about the values of Hollywood as well as how they prefer to see Black women portrayed in reel and real life (if you know what I mean). Besides, Thandie LOOKS like Mariane, is BIRACIAL, and should receive this role. If not Thandie, why not give it to an unknown BIRACIAL actress and let it be her "break-out performance?" Jolie getting this role is just NOT RIGHT. Not right, I tell you!

As a red blodded American male, I would much prefer to be seen with Jennifer anyday, than Angelina, as her reputation is trashy, just like her!
