EXCLUSIVE: Anna Nicole's Producer Found, Explains Disturbing Clown Tape

Usmagazine.com has exclusively learned the identity of “Mark,” the mystery man Howard K. Stern repeatedly refers to in the shocking new Anna Nicole Smith video.
Mark Schey, the president and CEO of creative agency 22Digital, which created the “TRIMSPA, Baby!” slogan, tells Us that through his “good, professional relationship” with Smith he often helped her post fan videos on her personal website “as a courtesy kind of thing.” He claims he was not paid, however, and that he wasn't present at the Bahamas video shoot.
“It could have been something [Stern] intended to put on [her website]. He would give me instructions, ‘edit this, don’t do this,’” Schey tells Us, adding, “I’ve never seen that video, and had nothing to do with the filming of it. I never even got this tape.”
Schey is “not sure” who was the man behind the camera, but says it “could” have been Stern.
“I help put videos online – I had nothing to do with the production of them, and was not there when she filmed any of them,” Schey explains.
Robin Bonnema, a spokeswoman for TRIMSPA, tells Us: “Mark Schey is not an employee of TRIMSPA. He owns his own company and TRIMSPA has contracted Mark on occasion for TRIMSPA-related events. The video is not a TRIMSPA event, nor is it related to TRIMSPA in any way.”
The disturbing footage of an apparently drugged-up, eight-months-pregnant Smith — which was seen on Geraldo Rivera ’s show Geraldo at Large this week — shows an incoherent Smith in clown makeup, pushing a baby doll in a stroller at her then-home in the Bahamas. Smith acts as if she thinks the doll is alive and does not realize she is pregnant; she appears to thinks she is just bloated from gas, the tape shows.
Her partner Howard K. Stern can be overheard asking Smith if she is on a "mushroom trip" and giving direction to a colleague he calls "Mark."
At one point, Stern says, "This footage is worth money," and instructs Smith to cover her right breast, which had popped out of her caftan. He then says, "You can’t show that, Mark."
On the tape, Stern and Smith are joined by the nine-year-old daughter of Smith’s former friend, Ford Shelley — whose father-in-law, G. Ben Thompson, owns the home where Smith was staying at the time — who was at the house for a playdate when the tape was shot. The child is overheard urging Stern to "Cut the tape off and help..." Later she pleads, "I think we need the hospital... Howard, seriously, please help!"
Stern has claimed the tape, a small portion of which was broadcast earlier this year on Fox News Channel, was stolen.
But last night on Geraldo, Shelley — who admitted he took the tape — shot back: "It’s funny to me that he said I stole something ... I had a key to the house."
Shelley added that his daughter was "emotionally not good" after the incident.
So why release it? "I want the truth to come out," he told Rivera.

Howard K. Stern actually made public statements about how much he loved this woman and "their" baby. Maybe love drove him to follow Anna around with a video camera taping her while she was stoned or disassociated or otherwise out of her mind.
He can't contain his glee over the potential monetary value of some footage that would strike the average person as sad and disturbing. It's obvious that he values this footage more than the life of "his" unborn child, who might have been brain damaged or killed in utero by the drugs its mother was taking.
Maybe a stillborn baby would have made things easier for Howard.
He clearly has no conscience or ability to empathize-- such people are referred to as sociopaths.
Whether he's a homicidal sociopath or merely a callous opportunist, he doesn't deserve a dime from this estate.
It almost seems like the Smith heirs hired someone to put a curse on their dad's estate-- it invited nothing but bad luck and evil interests into Anna's life.

Even if there is a "close" relationship, I wouldn't let my 9 year old over to a woman's house for a playdate due to a missed birthday party....alone, WITH HER 'LOVER' ??? Hello??? I'm really sorry for Anna's soul not being able to rest in peace. NO ONE can do anything to put her at peace as long as GOSSIP keeps resurrecting it. I am also so very sick of hearing abt Larry and HIS baby. Dannylynn is adorable, but her dad is a leach latching on to her financial future.

This tape was not a home video. You don't need a productions assistant for home movies. This tape was going to prove Anna was an out of control addict by Howie. to either maintain his control if she was alive. Or prove she was an addict after she died. How do you kill an addict? This Geraldo cut is VERY DISTURBING to say the least!!!! And I agree - why isn't anyone looking to turn this investigation on Howard K Stern??? It's only obvious he had something to do with Anna's death & possibly Daniel's as well. I'm only sure that he had his "sources" to make sure those 2 had plenty of drugs to get their hands on. Not only is Howard K. a drug dealer, but a MURDERER!!! And thank God Larry has his little girl to protect.

howard stern is a murderer. he did this, and i don't know why there were no investigations into that, if it was anyone else they'd be investigating into the people near them when they died. howard did this, and i thank GOD that Larry Birkhead got his daughter, had that baby been left alone with Stern too much longer, and she'd be dead too. anyone else see the shocking coincidence that two people died of the same cause in a short period of time? WHY AREN'T WE LOOKING INTO HOWARD K. STERN??!!? Poor Anna suffered while with him, and I bet she never even remembered half of what she did, she was Howard's puppet, the poor woman, and he dragged her son down too....stern wants $$$$$$. Anna only thought he was out for her best interests, and that he loved her, and oh how sorry i am that she lost her life to someone she trusted and considered a true confidant. it's so unfair. =(.

No matter what is right or wrong regarding the drugs, it is no coincidence that two people died almost together. Their deaths shouldn't be for nothing. Someone needs to catch the person responsible for this negligence. People shouldn't get away with homicide.

I rent a townhouse... I'm sure that my landlord has a spare key for emergencies, but that DOES NOT give him the right to come in whenever he wants and take personal property out. That would be considered THEFT. This whole story sucks... everyone involved is messed up.

It is obvious, Howard was upset with Anna getting with Larry Birkhead and getting pregnant with a child from him. He knew the chances of her getting paid and with a heir that was not his could mean him getting written out. So, I do believe their was a motive for Howard K. Stern to get rid of Daniel and Anna and have him a Larry to share the estate. The nannies did state they saw Anna looking a tape of HKS and LB, I saw it on controversy.com. They also said HKS would disrespect Anna constantly. So, HKS fan look at the motive, why did this crook do what he did?

many addicts do not self destruct. reality is there are functioning addicts. no one made anyone shoot up/drink/snort/smoke/swallow. no one makes an addict. addicts who think that way stay addicted. it's much easier to blame someone else.

Addicts are not made. Addiction is a physical response in many cases, a response singular to the addict. Another person cannot cause a physical response. That is why some can take drugs and not become addicted and others can not.
Addiction can also be a form of medication. Another person cannot make that happen either. Part of recovery is accepting that it is solely the responsibility of the addict and not the fault of anyone else. Saying other people can make one an addict us just another excuse, another way to not accept responsibility. You will not find an explanation like that in recovery or in any training in addiction.

It will be nice when you enter reality - you seem to know nothing about the drug world - addicts are made, then they self destruct.
