When footage of a drunken, hamburger-eating David Hasselhoff hit the web in May, it seemed the Hoff's drama with ex-wife Pamela Bach couldn't get any worse.
But two weeks after a judge granted the Baywatch icon sole legal custody of the couple's teenage daughters, Pamela Bach has brought a new low to the ongoing Hasselgate saga.
TMZ reports that an L.A. County Superior Court judge has ordered Bach, 43, to turn herself over to authorities in relation to a January misdemeanor hit-and-run charge. Because she was not booked properly at the time, the judge says that she has one week to surrender.
Bach, in court with her seventh lawyer since her legal battle with her ex began, told TMZ the whole thing was just a misunderstanding: "I have tried to resolve the situation ... you see, now they want to get me booked." Her lawyer added that Bach did hit a car in January, however, she did not flee the scene.
The story in court today is a far cry from the one Bach offered Fox News on June 15. In a segment on the network's Lips and Ears, Bach implied that the case was a set up, before going to the home of her accuser in an attempt to confront her. When asked if she thought that Hasselhoff was behind the whole thing, Bach cryptically answered, "There are people that have made that assumption. It does seem very chaotic and crazy and way extremely off the realm of reality."
Why all the confusion about that day? TMZ reports that in court documents related to their custody case, Hasselhoff alleged that Bach was "intoxicated or on drugs" during their daughter's sweet sixteen party, and submitted a lab report where Bach tested positive for cocaine. But Bach told Us Weekly in May, "I don't do drugs. I'm an excellent mother."

PB sorely needs to get over herself and soon, for the sake of her ex and her kids.
She also needs to be in rehab---for a year or so, too!
Of course she won't do that, hence making a huge stinky mountain out of a molehill during this uninteresting 'saga', which is as interesting as seeing someone's teeth get drilled. Whatever.
Hasselgate....blech! Ewww, gross! 'Nuff said.
I'm still glad DH got full custody, and I hope that sticks.
Her acting like a diva sure isn't helping matters much.
Her diva act has gotten extremely old and very stale for me, y'all.
PB, take a chill pill---and move on with your life.
The sooner the better.

It's long overdue for this misses to move on with her life, and long overdue for her to start dealing with her own problems instead of always complaining about her ex supposedly being abusive, because she's taken the easy way out for far too long, and I applaud the judge in ordering PB to turn herself over to the police as well, and I hope she complies.

I'm not sure why DH's ex-wife is capitalizing on the dumb scandal that's happening with the whole divorce stuff, but being an instant celebrity from the dumb joke opera scandal that she'd created herself(which I really don't care about)sure won't solve any real problems she has.

It looks like DH and his kids are keeping it together while DH's ex-wife is failing miserably, and If I was her, I'd cooperate with the cops and accept my fate.

If I were PB, I'd accept my punishment and take it like a woman.
For this very reason,I'm glad DH got custody of his daughters, since the crap's hitting the fan for PB already, and she's finally beginning to face the music.
