Odds are she is abusing prescription drugs. Her admittance into rehab shows she has a history of dependency of some kind. She has not seemed to have ongoing medical help, so any prescriptions she has are questionable. She was reportedly on Adderall which is some of the best speed money can buy. She was also taking supposedly laxatives. (Bulimia) Her illness has not been controlled in any form over the past year.

maggie-- Britney's father is trying to control her, I am sure he wouldn't mind picking her some new lawyers, just as long as she gets rid of the ones she has now, and he can hire some lawyers HE approves of. Britney's father's decision making has nothing to do with what is in the best interest of his daughter, he is trying to be in conrol of what she does, what she thinks, and who she sees. You can't get someone mental help, by manipulating what they hear, what the see, and who they talk to. Then they just become puppets, who can't function on their own. What Britney's father is really trying to do is trying to make sure that Britney cannot exist outside the hospital without him. He is truly trying to brainwash her, because, he wants to isolate her from everyone, so that he can be the only one in control of her life.

It's actually very easy to manipulate people who are mentally ill. Considering what those around Britney could possibly receive from her, it's not far fetched to think that some were doing so. Also lending credence to that would be how long she has gone acting as she has. Fighting with her parents would probably show that they were not bending to her will as she wanted. Just look at those who were around her the longest while she was acting out, who seemingly made no effort to encourage her to get help. Odds are there was either manipulation or enabling going on in those cases.

Obviously Lauren is not for bright. She doesn't get it! Britney is Bi-polar and a druggie. She can't think for herself. She is incapable of making any decisions on her own. She is endangered to herself and others. That's why they took the children away from her in the first place. Her father is doing what any loving parents would do by protecting their child. Sam the scam is a con-artist, a manipulator, a liar, who basically poisoned her mind and took advantage of her. His only target was money, not her well being. Britney can't see that, because she is so lost and delusional. She may hate her father now, but someday (if she lives long enough) she will look back and thank her father for it. It's not about taking someone rights away, it's about protecting that someone.

Can't wait til the crazy b!tch gets out she's gonna be soooo pissed OMG what will she do next!

Because Britney is sick, she has psychological problems that hinder normal and rational thinking. She has mood swings, and personally I think she has been brainwashed a little as well.
What it all boils down to she is not the the right state of mind to make ANY kind of decisions for herself, she is a danger to herself, and her family is trying to protect her money, what's left of her reputation, and her dignity.

Those kids have been through enough. They shouldn't allow Britney to see them until she is well. They have already been damaged beyond repair with the neglect and endangerment. She will make another scene - keep them away from her.

People, especially Britney's parents are acting like the girl is in prison. She is not! She is in a hospital, she is breathing and she is alive. Why is it that another human being, like her father gets to tell her who she can see, and who she can't see, and who she can talk to and who she can't talk to. Why does her father have the power to fire her lawyers. I thought that a lawyer was supposed to be the one type of people in this country who you could access to defend your rights, (even prisoners in this country, get that basic right). And further, even people in prison, unless they are on death row, get to have the visitors they want visit them at the prison. The way they are treating Britney is as if she has no rights at all. She probably feels as though she is in prison, because frankly, that is how she is being treated. Apparently when you have a mental disease in this country, and enter a hospital, you run the risk that you may lose all your rights as a human being. That's sad, and very, very scary.

HEY!!! Quick reminder for those who are over 18. Tomorrow is Super Tuesday and you should vote for your favorite Democratic Candidate.
