Is there any way to find out if Hannah has been assigned a new position on either station? If so, please make an announcement on the Early Show. Really miss her.

CBS
Anchor Hannah Storm is leaving the CBS Early Show after five years — but she’s not going far, Usmagazine.com has learned.
A source close to the network says she’ll be reassigned, and will likely focus on longer stories.
“There are a number of things on the table right now,” the source tells Us. “They very much like her at CBS. They’re offering her a lot of plum assignments.”
Storm, 45, who has covered everything form the war in Iraq to the Olympics, has “wanted to do longer form reporting for awhile,” the source says. “Her future at CBS is pretty good.”
But the anchor’s departure from the show is not without controversy.
Shelley Ross, who took over as executive producer of The Early Show in September, “loved Hannah and fought tooth and nail to get her to stay,” the source says. "This is the network's decision over Shelley Ross'."
As for Storm?
“She was surprised, but pretty cool with [the decision].”

I am a great fan of CBS; in my family we are all different. Hannah was great, so was Renee, and Jane Clayton; give me Mr. Harry he is wonderful, get into trouble but what a gentlemen. People are never satisfied about the people that they. I say if I can't do it then I better enjoy what I have. People don't like change.I like who we have and Russ Mitchell is such a quite person; along with Dave and our new young lady are perfect. CBS got rid of all of the great people on the Saturday morning show, and I truly miss them all. I hope they are doing well in their new endevor. Only get rid of Harry if you move him to the evening show. I do remember Walter when I was a little girl. Harry probably could stay there for a couple of weeks and get into some mischief. Just kidding. You all are great.

I ALSO DID NOT LIKE HANNAH,OR JULIE OR HARRY THEY ALL IRRATATE ME!AND HANNAH THOUGHT SHE WAS THE BEST AND DID TRY TO MUCH TO ACT LIKE A TEENAGE GIRL.
I am such a fan of the Early Show but have to share my disappointment in the departure of Hannah Storm. Maggie just has no personality and Hannah was lively and energetic! She will be missed and I look forward to her future reporting. As for Harry, Julie and Dave-love you guys!
I have watched the Today Show for many years and have lived through all the many changes. However, the loss of Hannah did not disapoint me. I found her to be very annoying. She is always interrupting, when she was on the plaza she had this habit of always pushing her pelvis out and acting like a teenager. As for Harry he also interrupts constantly with his big hands, big feet almost like he's on stage and an attitude that he is above it all, typical snob with all the answers. As for Dave, he's non-plus. Maggie seems to be the most down to earth person remaining. It's a shame, I have switched to new formats as have many of my friends.
I loved watching Hannah Storm and the rest of the crew, I cant believe that as much as I watch this program I always seem to miss the episode when someone is leaving. I will miss Hannah and Renee, I even still miss Mark Mcquen. It does take a little time to get use to the new people, please dont get rid of anymore. Harry was gone for a while and I was thrilled when he came back.
Sincerley,
Rita D
I think that anytime you see people leaving a show in mass numbers like this, there is something wrong behind the scenes, I would love to know what. I agree that you do get attached to personalities on tv in the morning especially during that day to day routine. It seems like the games of high school continue on, even in the real world workplace, sad.
As a cancer survivor i find it appaling that Renee was let go because of her cancer SHAME ON YOU CBS BRASS! I don't harbor any hard feelings for Julie, she can't help that the old fool is in love. However, I won't be tuning in to the early show EVER AGAIN.
I still miss Hannah and hope she will show up soon on TV, CBS, as she is one of the best.
I miss Renee so much. I hope she has a wonderful life doing whatever she so chooses. Hannah drove me nuts!!! When she is calm and asking "newsworthy" questions she seemed fine but her "posing" and grinning drove me crazy. She also would not let a chef or cooking specialist get a word in during those little fluff, cooking segments. OK HANNAH, we get it - you cook for your family!!! On to Maggie. . . She is so blah. She cuts in with quite a bit of sarcasm from time to time and I think that is unattractive. Her opinions are rude at times. Quite cold. The "men" of the show are fine. But Harry, please stop interrupting everyone!!!!!!
Somehow I had missed the news whenever they had said Hannah was leaving the show. It was sometime a few months or so ago. I finally turned to the internet and could not believe my eyes. I started thinking something had happened to her and was sad. I thanked God that she is okay. She seems like such a wonderful person. So energetic, confident, happy and most of all a Great Big Heart. Thats what I felt anyways and I'm real sorry that she left the show. Great person and news caster. Good luck and God Bless you Hannah.
I went to school with Hannah. She was quite egotistical, overbearing and snobbish. She was the queen of the snobs. She thought she was pretty, but was she? She hid in the Westminster Wildcat suit. Hannah quickly ingratiated herself with those she thought were the upper echelon, actually aligning herself with the most vapid people in an extremely elitist school. She could walk right past you in the hallway, and snub you like she'd never met you. She got her break in broadcasting because of her father, and belongs in sports. There's your nepotism. She fidgeted during interviews and giggled like a schoolgirl, because she was way out of her league. She's a real phony. She knows it, too. She's insecure as hell. But I wish her nothing but the best. No bad karma here.
I was very sorry to see Hannah Storm go as she was the reason I watched the show in the first place. Julie Chen needs to stick to the reality show hype and that's it. She's one cold fish. Harry is just downright rude. Maggie is okay, but no substitute for Hannah. Russ and Dave I like, but I've switched to ABC since Hannah left. Best of luck to Hannah in her new endeavors. I know she will land on her feet because she is a great talent with humanity to boot.
kept waiting for Hannah to appear - sorry to learn she is gone - stupid move - i think she is good - enjoyed watching The Early Show - now - no - don't care for this Maggie person - no life - should be some for an early morning show - Julie Chen - no comment.
Hannah was good, but always seemed a little nervous. She made me nervous to watch her. I think she is excellent when she is sitting and talking/interviewing, but when she is standing, she's too fidgety. Maggie is great. She seems confident and down to earth and laughs easily. I really like her. Dave, Harry and Russ are great, too. Harry was very nice to my daughter and son-in-law honeymooning in New York City. He took extra time to talk to them after the show, even though his "people" were trying to pull him away. As for Julie, she is the one weak wooden link. Her interviews are not bad. She asks the right questions. She just has such a boring delivery. She's pretty, but that's about it. I like the new format and the new set is gorgeous! Everybody seems more relaxed and at ease, interacting with one another so much more. They do it a little better over at Good Morning America, throwing caution to the wind, and having so much fun, but I'm sticking with The Early Show for now. They're loosening up, and they do a good job with the news and relevent information. I know most major media outlets have the liberal bias, but I think these guys do a little better job of hiding it.
I miss Hanna. She is always so compationate with the people she interviews. She talks about her children.
I really had high hopes for the "revamped" CBS Morning show when it debuted with Harry, Hannah, Julie and Rene along with Dave. It truly was a show worth watching. Although some folks have stated problems with the personalites on the show, I disagree with their assessments. Each person has her own personality. Although for me, I thought Rene really showed her strength as a reporter; not only was she accurate and "on point" with her questions, she also had the likeabilty factor. I hope Rene surfaces on the small tube again, I really miss her smile and reporting style. Julie should really stay on the West Coast (since she appears to be on that coast for the show.) Give Maggie a chance and good luck to Hannah, she was ok but she was not the reason I watched. I have switched to "Good Morning America" I enjoy the chemistry between Diane and Robin. CBS really needs to stay with a winner, which is what they had in the beginning.
First Renee, now Hannah....who's next? I think that the show was Perfect the way that it was! Very intertaining and informative. I watch it every weekday morning. I really, really MISS Renee! I will MISS you, too, Hannah!! I think Maggie is doing a GREAT job! It will just take time to get use to. How will they ever continue without these "2" Fabulous Ladies?
I really really miss Hannah....she was the only reason I watched the show....Maggie's cool....I don't have a problem with her.....I would have loved to see Maggie and Hannah do the mornings together.....I thought Hannah was just on vacation but now I'm heartbroken to hear she's not coming back. By the way, for all you people that say she was too into herself and did too much modeling and posing makes me think you're just jealous of a perky pretty beautiful woman...she was and always will be a sight for sore eyes!!!!
I miss you Hannah and I BETTER see you on TV somewhere soon!!!!! you rock!!!! love Jenn Stardust, the Chrysler Building on a cloudy day and that Jersey kid wearing the KISS T-shirt at the top of the Empire State building.
Hannah was too "high-school." And, Renee quit and was not fired. She had made a very serious decision to have a double-mastectomy and, I believe, to take care of her family for awhile and write a book. Renee was a very important part of the morning show, but it was her decision to quit. Do we really know all the facts about Hannah's leaving??
I like Hannah Storm, And I liked Renee I miss them both.
It took a while for me to realize Hannah was gone. I thought she was on vacation and Maggie was her fill in.Yes I was upset but all of us need to grow with something new.
Good Luck Hannah!
Give Maggie a chance. You go girl. Julie it doesn't matter who you marry Being a good reporter is what counts.Do you enjoy what your doing? Then do it, the best you can.
Harry is great Russ is not bad either.Dave your one of a kind I listen to you all on the radio in the AM as I'm going to work. You make my day Keep up the go work.
I MISS HANNAH!!!! SHE WAS TERRIFIC! JULIE CHEN JUST NEEDS TO STAY ON THE WEST COAST WITH HER REALITY SHOW. CAN CBS EVER BRING BACK HANNAH? RUSS AND HARRY ARE OK. DAVE IS GREAT! BUT MAGGIE NEEDS TO GO BACK TO MIAMI.....MAYBE YOU COULD FIND ANOTHER WOMAN WHO THE PRESIDENT OF CBS ISN'T JEALOUS OF? JUST BECAUSE JULIE IS HIS WIFE DOESN'T MEAN SHE NEEDS TO BE ON THE EARLY SHOW! IF THINGS DON'T CHANGE I WILL!!!!!!!!!!
Hannah was far and away the best talent and most interesting member of the show. As an insider, it has come to my attention that Julie Chen's now husband (she was his mistress for years), President of CBS, wanted Hannah moved out because he wanted his wife to be the star of the show, which she could never become with Hannah's talent. The producer fought tooth and nail for Hannah to stay, and Julie's husband made the call himself against the recommendations of all under him. This is a classic example of nepotism in a world dominated by huge egos and corporate CEOs who believe they are above reproach or ethics.
When Renee left, I was done with CBS's Early Show. I watched this show every single morning on my way to work. Harry is extremely rude to the people he interviews, Julie Chen is very melancholy and boring, and Hannah was always modeling. Dave, Russ, and Maggie are the only ones with personality left, but it's not enough to make me watch the way I used to. CBS is notorious for change (and not good change) and wonder why the ratings have and are falling. Leave well enough alone.
I too am very sorry that Hannah is gone. CBS has done it again and made a very bad error in their choices. Maggie was fine on the weekends, but not the whole week. It now appears to be the "Maggie" Morning Show. I have nothing against her, but I do switch channel more that usual for the morning news.
I like to see more of what is happening in our county and world and not the "fluffy" stuff. Give Hannah my best and hopefully she will get a much better job.
Why is Julie Chen still on the show? I guess because of her husband. Julie does not know what she is doing and I am often turned off by her mannerism and how she handles guests. I hope she is next to go and then concentrate on her 'brainless' show Big Brother House. I still watch the Early Show because of Harry and Russ; if they leave CBS can consider me gone. Please get rid of JULIE CHEN! She is a stick on the SHOW and the world knows because her husband she is still on. Isn't there a conflict?
I think CBS made a mistake by letting Hannah go. I am not a fan of Maggie's. She just seems very tentative and inexperienced. Her interviewing skills are lacking. I enjoy Harry and Dave but the show has lost its appeal for me without Hannah and Renee. They really need to find women who are empathetic and can conduct interesting and engaging interviews.
I'm glad to see her go, She was truely in love with herself and was all about, Look at me!
I Will Not watch without Hannah. I think she made the whole morning show and she was bright and cheerful. Julie and Harry are ok, but Hannah was that ray of warm sunshine and I miss seeing her. Her voice was perfect for mornings! Good Luck Hannah, we love you , we miss you!
