Think you have a hard time keeping celebrity feuds straight? Imagine having to deal with a theater full of star egos!
An MTV insider tells Usmagazine.com, “the [VMA] seating chart is particularly tricky this year...gotta avoid the feuds!” And with any number of celeb exes and brewing catfights among audience members to consider, that’s no small feat. From Kid Rock and Pam Anderson to Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake to MTV Movie Award host Sarah Silverman, and her favorite monologue target, Paris Hilton, the feuding possibilities are endless.
Still, it won't be all silent treatments and cold shoulders out in the VMA audience. Organizers would love to get rumored couple Shia LaBeouf and nominee Rihanna cozied up in the crowd. Who knows? A choice seating chart could bring some of the Las Vegas heat indoors!

why do feuding celebs have to be on seperate sides of the room? what could possibly happen? we're talking about a bunch of RICH, people here that are walking around in couture, bling, fake HAIR/tans. and by some chance there were any words exchanged, the ratings would blow up, which is what these awards shows need because people dont tune in for the artists like they used to.

I'd be surprised if you could point to any good musicians. I'm talking about the new ones, not older groups who are still playing like Aerosmith or the Stones. Today, the instruments pretty much play themselves. You really don't need a lot of talent anymore. Maybe I should have said there aren't any really talented singers around, because, with the exception of Christina A.) I haven't heard any.

That's complete bullsh*t that there aren't any talented musicians anymore. You're just not looking in the right places. MTV? That was never the place to look for talented musicians. Only rarely has good stuff gotten play on MTV. They're the exception to the rule, though. There is PLENTY of great music out there. I'd be happy to point you in the direction of some.

There really not not any talented 'muscians' anymore, so who even cares about the VMA? All these people can do is dance. Thank God for all the new technical equipment they have now, so they can at least make them sound as if they can sing. Heck, even I could sound good with lots of help from technology. If any of these nominees had to sing live, people would walk out! Most of them wouldn't even make it through the first round of American Idol.
