Usmagazine.com has learned that attorneys for Kim Kardashian plan to file a legal claim in an effort to prevent the release of an X-rated tape featuring Kardashian and her former boyfriend, singer Ray J.
When contacted by Us for comment, Kardashian, 26, a longtime pal of no-stranger-to-homemade-porn Paris Hilton, confirmed the tapes' existence, but insists she has "nothing to do" with them being made public.
Kardashian tells Usmagazine.com that she is “hurt and embarrassed” about the prospect of the tape being made public. She added that she will be issuing a statement about developments to prevent a planned DVD release. She plans to take legal action as soon as today.
Kardashian, an LA-based stylist and stepsister of The Hills star Brody Jenner, briefly dated Nick Lachey in 2005 and is most recently linked with actor Nick Cannon.

i am also an iranian/arab american, and i have to say that i both disdain her and pity her. it is perfectly fine to have your attractions, obviously love is blind, but i fear that for middle easterners in general, our customs and such make it so that if a woman goes out and sleeps with a man for whatever reason, i would hate to think in Kims case it was for fame, although i cant for the life of me figure out why shes famous anyway....but if a woman goes out and has sex with a man who is not middle eastern and FILMS it, that is one who is ethnically middle eastern (by the way that is racially "white" - every light skinned person has middle eastern blood in them at some point)...or anyone who was raised in the middle east, and ill include all muslims, knows that Kim has lost a ridiculous amount of respect in our community...in the case of Aylar Dianati, yea its tragic, but she has made her choice, and i wish NO ill on EITHER of the women but i fear for their futures. i fear that they will never find real love, a REAL devoted husband and not have society laughing at them. i realize some just want to have fun for forever, but i see that Kim wants something more. i agree with what the previous iranian american woman said in that they do not represent our true beauty...because they couldnt for logical reasons, theyre ridiculously ostantatious and for mythical reasons, real beauty is inside, and Kim is dead in the eyes now...but i think its a real shame she is so beautiful because she doesnt deserve it, whether its all plastic or makeup or not, it doesnt matter, she is gorgeous and my heart really does break for women like this because she has NO self, she only has her outside, and once that starts sagging or god forbid she gets into a disfiguring accident, then she has NOTHING...and she can pull and tuck all she wants but at the end of the day...she really is a void.

I am an Iranian American girl writing in regards to how middle eastern girls, many iranian girls and armenian girls,are into black men. It is a personal choice and everyone has their own right. I feel a little out of place however because I think I am one of the very few Iranian American women who takes no interest in having a relationship with non-Iranians and I am ostensibly attracted to men who are authentically Iranian and who speak Farsi very fluently. I don't even like Iranian American men who are so Americanized and have such a hard time speaking Farsi. Iranian women just don't understand my fascination with these types and I take no interest in their interests. I am also one of the few Middle Eastern people who is appalled at the fact that many Middle Eastern girls are acting like low-class trash to get attention or to attain celebrity status. Armenians have theirs: Kim Kardashian and we have ours which is unfortunate: Aylar Dianati. Look at the striking resemblences of these two women. Pitch black hair, dark skin, short in stature, fake plastic boobs, and of course, hideous without makeup....the West uses these as examples of Middle Eastern beauty. Quite sickening!!!!!!! For those who don't know any better, I would like to say that we have real beauty in Armenian and Iranian societies and these women are not in that category.

I'm Armenian and my husband is Black. We tape our self all the time. I just hide the tapes in a safe place. I think that her mistake was that she did it with someone that she was dating and expected it to not come out. Her father is turning in his grave with disappointment. She is only rich because of the $$$ he left her from the O.J. settlement.
