Is Kate Hudson taking out her heartache on her friends? Since splitting with Owen Wilson, 38, the normally free-spirited actress, 27, has been pushing pals away with her bad temper.
"Since Owen kicked her to the curb, she has turned into a tyrant to everybody in sight," a confidant tells the New York Daily News’ Gatecrasher column.
"And she just backed off on her offer to buy [soon to-be ex-husband] Chris Robinson a house in Malibu."
Added the source: "They're ironing out their divorce right now, and there will be a line in it about Chris having 'suitable housing' for when Ryder comes to stay, but she's not going to buy him the Malibu dream house anymore."
The former couple are also reportedly quarreling over their son, Ryder, who turned three on January 7.
"She's filming in Australia [Fool's Gold, with Matthew McConaughey] and she told Chris if he wanted to be with Ryder on his birthday, he had to go down there," said the source, adding that the Black Crowes singer was "kind of broke."
Hudson's lawyer told the Daily News: "Your source is not credible, as the reported allegations are all untrue ... all matters involving Ms. Hudson's and Chris Robinson's separation and custody matters are private matters upon which we will not comment other than to report that they have all been mutually and amicably agreed upon."

Sounds like there are some pretty bias people here, pretending to know everything about this couple. Its very unfortunate this happened to them. They both seem like great people, but the rock and roll and movie star thing must be a big obstacle. Too much time apart is not healthy. I hope for Ryders sake they reconsider. Oh my god. Are you kidding? They never dated. it said something about a Rumor on the cover of one or two magazines, but never again. People are just trying to make money off of her and Owen! I commiserate with Kate Hudson over her life in the last few months. I love her movies! I think she's a good person. We all make some mistakes and I hate it when people judge stars for what they do. We don't even know them...

Kate hudson is obviously going through a rough time... she's such a good person though. When you're not happy, you need to get out, and she did and she shouldn't be judged for that.. I thought Owen and her were really cute, but things happen. As far as the decisions she makes for her baby, people shouldn't have the right to judge on her this, let her live her life, and leve her child out of it!

Please... give the woman some credit.Stop judging her.. Owen was the catalyst for her to leave an obviously sexless marriage. Heartbreak is sad but I believe she will grow and learn from her mistake of not leaving a marriage before desire got the better of her. Men who neglect their beautiful wives should learn from this story and people should not judge her mothering. Kate is an amazing woman and mother who is going through a hard time. Live and let live. Boys with long hair are cute, who care anyways... get a life to those who judge.

Hmmmmm.. I agree... "Karma Police". I honestly liked these 2 together. & I agree with her son being way too old to be on a pacifier! Also I would like to note that Chris is no loser.. he's great! I was hoping they would get back together...but like Jessica .S. she married young...so I guess she is using the same excuse. I just wish them well.

I don't care what people do. I do care when others judge
anothers choices where their little ones are involved.
It is a fact that children want to look like their same- gender parent when they are Ryder's age. With Robinson out of the family home one can imagine how much angst the poor kid feels.Hence the long hair. When he wants to express his own style you can bet he will be one of the shaved- head- army of kids.
When my kids were little I let them walk out under their own power only in ,what I considered to be,safe venues. Yes. This occurred past the age of three. Having a stroller is a safety measure in the event of a health matter or other difficulty. I can not imagine how freaking creepy it must be with the paps sculking around. I would def have my 'precious' in a stroller.
As for the binky, the kid is in the midst of family upset.
Any PED. worth their salt would advise the poor kid to keep the binky if it helped the kid deal with anxiety and sad feelings. Kids will regress in natural development when any
traumatic event affects any family.

Little Miss Princess thinking the grass is greener....Found out be careful what you ask for, poor, poor baby girl then is to be used and abused by someone just wanting in her panties. Then again, I never could see what she saw in Chris, I guess he MUST have a heart of gold but looked like dog meat who needed a good dog groomer. Good thing Ryder's got such a well grounded Grandma in Goldie to help take care of him......Such a shame these poor babies are always in the middle of such uglyness.

Kate Hudson is gorgeous, young, and has a kid who needs his hair cut. Their marriage appeared to be open and then the rules changed. That is tough, but reality. Maybe she can hook up with Matthew McConaughey...now he is gorgeous! Kate has the coolest, hippest mom...maybe she just wanted to live up to her.

LADYDI628- Oh my god, leave her alone. I've seen lots of little 3 year olds having pacifiers, including my son. It's her personal choice, what is it to you anyway? And let her have Ryders hair the way she wants, also, What's it to you? Also, my 6 year old and 4 year old have a jogging stroller. News flash, kids get tired VERY easily, that's why you have a stroller. Also, when going into places that are crowded it's nice to have a place where they can sit and you know they won't get lost.
I feel for Kate, I couldn't imagine going through all she has to go through with the media perpetuating the whole thing and the public being just plain cruel.

Owen Wilson is so fug. What was she thinking? Chris Robinson is kinda fug, but at least he has talent. Also, he's a really down to earth guy. I used to see him walking around by himself and he would talk to any fans that stopped him. Very gracious and friendly. Also the skinniest man I've ever seen, but hot in that Mick Jagger 40 years ago way.
