No kidding, Kate is wacked out on something. There's no way it's the lighting, she's an idiot if she thinks the public doesn't recognize the signs, she's been looking very very rough lately, always looks like this. Hmm hope she invests her money well because that's an expensive habit she has to support and she's an awful actress and doesn't get or deserve many roles.

Forgot the dress, check out those buzzed eyes!!! This girl is on something, she always looks high in any picture. On other sight there are lots of pictures of her at this event and she is most defintely on somehting. There is a reason why she is so skinny and it has nothing to do with dieting, probably a matter of time before she's in rehab, she looks like a major junkie.
