He is keeping a very low profile, he has babysitters who take care of the kids so he doesn't have to deal with them, he wants money, or he could sign papers and say enough.. how the heck can he afford that mansion he lives in? and its not baby proof.. do you see the pool.. he is just as bad as britney, but you have the photographers all around her and not him, he is a nobody that is why he isn't splashed all over the papers. Yes Britney needs help, but who are we to say what goes on behind closed doors with her kids? Do you live with her? *She repeatedly refuses to listen to others in regards to her childrens safety.
Examples:
*Driving with Sean on her lap. Visit by children and family services. No doubt they told her the laws regarding children and seats. No doubt they told her how to face her child.
*Then drives with Sean slumped over, unsecured, forward facing after her warning. Is seen after this REPEATEDLY driving with her children front facing.
*Just recently was again pictured driving with a child in her lap.

*Her partying behavior does not allow for her to properly take care of her children. You simply cannot go out everynight until 3 and 4 in the morning, or later, and then gt up with the children. A night here and there, fine. Everynight? No.

*She obviously has a substance abuse problem. She has decried all attempts by others to see she get help, a typical addict's response.

I'm sure I can think of more issues with a little effort.

Postpartum? Maybe. But if you aren't able to take GOOD care of your kids, you shouldn't be left alone with them for several days. If she needs help, then fine. But she shouldn't be putting (or be allowed to put) those kids in danger.

I don't think either of them deserve the kids. K. Fed is mad that his meal ticket isn't going to pay for him anymore and he sees that the kids make great leverage. Britney is just unstable. People keep giving post-partum depression as an excuse. I have 4 kids, and yes, I have been there. I also was in a bad first marriage and had my first two kids close together and then the father took off and I never had any support. Your life does spiral out of control. I had a great support system and people who were willing to help. However, just because someone may have post partum depression doesn't mean they should be caring for kids while they are unstable. The kids' safety is first and formost the priority--not Britney. She needs help, but until she can get her life under control, she doesn't deserve those kids. She constantly endangers those kids and has proven herself unfit. She should be given an opportunity to get help, but the kids shouldn't be with her--perhaps a guardian and supervised visits. And 740 anon--just because the state hasn't intervened doesn't mean anything. I think you don't realize how overburdened Child Services is--and it is that way everywhere. They often don't hae the rescources or manpower to go after everybody, especially since these cases can drag out for a long time.

K-Fed doesn't want to hurt her - K-fed is scared sh.it.less for his kids while in her care. I understand about postpardum, been there myself too. She is not healthy and as every nurse will tell you as you are about to depart the hospital with your newborn - "take care of yourself first, because if you are not healthy you will have nothing to take care of your baby with".
She is constantly putting them in dangerous situations. She knows the papparazzi are there - exposing her children like that is a huge risk! Look at what happened in Vegas - she even filed a suit in Sean Preston's name???? Jeez!
