I am one of those FAT people that need to lose weight, however there is nothing Jessica Simpson can help me with. She has enough issues with her own weight so she is not someone I would look to for help.

ok i fat people were to lose weight because of her they wouldve been motivated when they saw her in dukes. if they didnt, it has nothing to do with her.. and who ever just called her fat is probably just freaking jealous because shes one of the healthiest stars of hollywood.

I DON'T THINK Speedfit will win the lawsuit anyway BUT i think this is a great MARKETING STRATEGY for them! Now everyone knows about their company. Before this, I never even heard of it.

I want to try ProActive Skin Care but because she endorses it, and doesn't use it by the way, I refuse to buy it. I didn't buy her Desset line that she claims she was in from the beginning, but if you watched their Newlywed shows (I was forced to listen because my son and his girlfriend/wife loved to watch that show and they lived with us) and she didn't know anything about it. The first time she heard about it was when she went for the photo shoot, and then to listen to her and the creator on QVC saying she was in it from the beginning, that was such BS!!!! I remember hearing something about how Jessica had her own line of jeans or something, and then in an interview when asked what her favorite brand of jeans was she said "True Religion". I think that she got sued for that as well.
