Jason Wahler voluntarily turned himself into jail officials in Issaquah, Washington, October 25 to face charges from an April arrest for assault, criminal trespass and underage drinking, his rep tells Usmagazine.com.
“He’s making amends for his past arrest,” his rep tells Us exclusively. “This is not a new arrest.”
His sentence calls for 30 days in the slammer, but his rep said, “we hope it’s cut short.”
At least Wahler, 20, is keeping busy behind bars.
His rep tells Us he recenly signed on to play a college jock in the horror flick, 10,000 Doors. (Shooting begins around Thanksgiving.)
Adds his rep: “He is currently spending his time behind bars reading the script and getting ready for the role so he has a lot to do!”

Lauren is so much better off without him, but I think its was funny how he kept going to dinner with her and lunch all the while he has a girlfriend who is snobby looking anyway, that is no way to treat someone you don't even know, and don't hate just because lauren is naturally pretty and doesn't need all the eyeliner to make her look better. Kaja needs a attitude reconfiguration. But its nice to say hey mom and dad this is my boyfriend jason, he spend a lot of time in jail. :)
