Usmagazine.com has obtained disturbing photos of former Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler engaged in what sources say was a dangerous game of Russian Roulette.
The pictures, which were taken last summer, show the 20-year-old and his friend, rapper Jay 211, holding a pistol to their heads and then pulling the trigger.
"We were just wasted one night and we ended up back at Jay's house in North Hollywood,” a source who witnessed the incident tells Usmagazine.com.
“Everyone was just playing around and they decided to play Russian Roulette. There was one bullet in the gun and Jason and Jay both pointed the gun at their heads and pulled the trigger. “
Luckily, no one got hurt. The source adds: “Jason's out of control. He's out of his f--king mind.”
When contacted by Usmagazine.com, Wahler's rep had no comment on this incident.
Wahler is the former boyfriend of The Hills’ star Lauren Conrad. He has been arrested four times in the last nine months, most recently on April 9 for criminal tresspassing and assault. According to TMZ, Wahler lashed out at the arresting officer calling him a “nigg-r, a fagg-t, and a poor f--k."
On March 6, Wahler was sentenced to 60 days in an L.A. County jail, and must turn himself in before May 4 to begin serving time for assaulting a city worker and two tow truck drivers last year.
Later this month, he's due in court in North Carolina to answer charges of resisting a public officer during an underage drinking sweep.
Last September in New York City, Wahler was charged with one count each of disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and bribery.

um, i never post on these things. BUT to the anonymous poster talking about VT... ARE YOU SERIOUS?? "the world isnt going to change because of Virginia" - wow, had you been involved, you probably would not enjoy these pictures.. AND, if the media did not portray these such actions, maybe it WOULD lessen the chances of things like this happening.. [its not something to be taken lightly]

Jason "was" hot, now he looks more pathetic as time goes on...nice mustache. This has nothing to do with the VT tragedy. This kid is not by any means trying to hurt anyone, he is just an idiot.
This whole topic is dumb, however I do enjoy watching this kid in his downward spiral.

This s**t aint funny at all thats how my son's father died. He wasn't playing russian roulette. He was cleaning his gun and someone told him to put it away. He took the clip out and put the gun to his head and said "look it ain't loaded pulled the trigger and killed himself. He was young too and these young men think these guns are a joke but there not. Now my son is 3 and left without a father just because hia dad thought it was cool to show off his new gun.

Jason is maybe the most incredible C or D-lister in history. Kathy Griffin never pulled anything like this. The kid has almost as many arrests as the 2003 Portland Trailblazers and doesn't look like he's slowing down. I couldn't ask for anything more.
But, Jay, don't shoot yourself. All this fake-celebrity stuff is still better than working a day job. Think about the little people once in a while.

You all need to calm down and stop the criticism. It is comments like these that drive people to the predicament that Jason now faces. Live your own lives and stop involving yourselves where you are not needed. These people clearly need their space, and further reactions such as these merely cause more mayhem. Just try and be nice, and think of the good that will cause.
