Jamie Lynn Spears' rep has blasted In Touch Weekly for their current cover story, calling their reporting "completely false."
The tabloid reported the pregnant teen was "dumped" by boyfriend Casey Aldridge and that he had demanded a paternity test.
"The In Touch story is completely false. They did not fact check," Spears' rep tells Usmagazine.com.
"They are still together and he has not asked for a paternity test," a source close to the 16-year-old actress told Us yesterday.
Last week, Spears' Nickelodeon show, Zoey 101, got a ratings boost from the surprise news of her pregnancy. Spears, 16, was recently seen studying for her GED.

everyone gets sick and tired of hearing about the spears family, but has anyone ever thought that maybe their mother has something to do with it? its her fault they are so publically known. she sells their business to everyone. jamie is pregnant SO WHAT! i believe everything does happen for a reason and hopefully this baby she brings into this world will change her life for the better, i had my first child when i was 19 and now expecting my 2nd and im 21. anyone can give birth to a baby but it takes a strong woman to raise one, if you spread em, you take action for it.

I think it is completely ridiculous how people are continuously putting the Spears family down. Everyone needs to stop being so judgemental and get off of Jamie Lynn's back. Do you cuss and post comments on the internet everytime a teenager gets pregnant in this world? I believe everything happens for a reason and maybe this baby will be a positive step in their family. I don't see this baby as a mistake, just an unexpected chapter in Jamie Lynn's life. If her mom can accept the news with ease so can the rest of America. Her show is cancelled what more do you want? Everyone is blaming Brit, she didn't make the choice for Jamie Lynn and Casey to have this baby. I hope everything works out great with Brit's boys and Jamie Lynn's baby. It's time for MOMS TO BE MOMS! Stop looking to these tvs to teach your kid something. I am so sick of hearing the kids look up the them. Kids should be looking up to their own mothers,fathers,sisters,brothers,grandma,grandpa,aunts and uncles. Putting more time into there school work playing outside goin to practice for one thing or another. Out of sight out of mind! come on parents get things together play with and love on your children teaching them right from wrong and none of this crzy mess will matter to them! I think that it is sad our daughters are looking to TV characters for their role models. Our daughters should now learn from Jamie Lynn"s mistake and maybe watch a little less TV. I think Jamie Lynn decided to try and take some of the mess off her sister and I think that it was nice of her she could have kept this to herself. So what she is pregnant she is at least 16 look at all the kids out there under 13 having babies just because they are stars does not mean they are wrong. As for her sister she is making mistakes and she will learn from those mistakes no one is perfect you do not see them plastering all the bad parents or the ones they think are bad all over the net and tv leave them alone and let them have peace.
