The Unit's Scott Foley is engaged to his girlfriend of nearly three years, actress Marika Dominczyk.
"It happened about two weeks ago. They're very happy,” a rep tells Us.
Foley, 34, was previously married for three years to actress Jennifer Garner, 34. They divorced in 2003.
He currently stars on the CBS drama The Unit, and is best known for his work on the WB series Felicity, and guest-starring roles on television shows like NBC's Scrubs and WB's Jack & Bobby.
Dominczyk, 26, who was born in Poland, has a recurring role on ABC's Brothers & Sisters, and made appearances on the Fox series Bones and North Shore. She also had a small role in the 2005 comedy The 40-Year-Old Virgin. This will be her first marriage.

I love Scott in Felicity and I love the job he is doing in The Unit. I don't miss a single episode is the best tv drama ever. I hope he find happiness with this beautiful lady after what Jennifer Garner did to him.

Scott was on "Felicity". That was my favorite show of all time (mostly because of the talented Keri Russell).
I have always wondered why Scott and Jen Garner broke-up. They seemed so cute together. If it was her fault I feel bad for Scott, but if it was Scott's fault I feel bad for Marika! Hopefully Scott and Marika will have a long happy life together. Hollywood marriages are just so pathetic usually.

To Stacie-okay you came at ME first with your "Felicity was soooo 90's". That show ran from 1998-2002 (yea ended only 4 short years ago). He was married to Jenifer Garner as well so I find it hard to believe no one had ever heard of at least him. See I said all that and I'm not yelling for everyone to hear.....so calm. Now seriously calm down!

Ok youliveunderarock.....you obviously need to get a life! First Felicity is sooo 90s, who the hell cares if we don't remember them? Second, the new show Brothers & Sisters is still new, a lot of people still don't know of it and 3rd who the hell are you to tell any of us what to do???? I know who Scott is and don't honestly care all that much for this story. Boring. He was an okay actor and the show was only okay. There are much more important stores our there to hold my interest than a D list actor getting engaged. So get off YOUR high horse, grow up and join the rest of the adults please.
