I've known CaCee since she was a little girl. She grew up playing with my nephew and I've always been close friends with her family. If you knew her, you would like her. She is outgoing and down to earth and has many friends in Marlin that she does not forget. She is a beautiful talented young woman who deserves to go out on her own.

Jessica was too trusting. I recall a episode of Newlyweds where Nick had a problem with Cacee and Jessica defended her. Too bad she didn't have the same loyality.

Come on, if people are saying that Cacee is really nice because they KNOW her, then maybe believe. Many of us, probably all don't know Nick, Jess or Cacee and are therefore only going by what the GOSSIPS say. Jess gave up on her marriage too easily, we probably will never know why. Nick, tried to get her back but didn't, he has come out on top! Cacee is probably stuck in the middle, as she and Jess are not childhood friends, they met when Cacee worked for SONY. Therefore Cacee has probably been friends with both of them for the same amount of time. However the main issue with this whole Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey divorce is JOE SIMPSON. He controls Jess' life, he makes her every decision & doesn't let her have any emotions or feelings if it means her career will plummet. Joe should realise that there are probably very few other guys that would wait until marriage when they are as hot as Nick to have sex with their girlfriend. Nick must have truly loved and respected her. But Joe didn't think of their feelings or emotions, he only thought of Jessica's career and how he could make it better. I feel sorry for Nick and Jess, being manipulated by someone who is 'family'. I also feel sorry for Cacee, she probably is really nice and has no ulterior motive and just wanted to quit because she wanted a change.

CaCee is not a true friend to Jessica for going after Nick.. I mean that is her BEST FRIEND'S ex husband!!! It be better for Jessica to just let her go.

Will everyone just shutup and read People? It's more true than any other magazine out there. CaCee has other opportunities now that she's been Jessica's personal assistant. And she's been friends with Nick AND Jessica for a long time. Whether she gets with Nick is none of Jessica's business anyway. They are not together anymore and Jessica is the one that ended it!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with Rick when he said about Jessica being a loser! She's far beyond a loser! She had it all and let it go down the drain because her fame from being in The Dukes Of Hazzard (which she sucked so much in!) go to her head. She's a horrible person, she's a horrible wife, she's a horrible friend (if she made Cacee take sides), she's just flat out RETARDED!

And everyone who thinks it was rude for Cacee to move in with them. Lets clear things up for you confused people. Cacee lived in Texas, Jess lived in Cali. Jess CHOSE Cacee to be her assistant, therefore Cacee had to move to Cali. She didn't have a place to live and she was hired on right away. So it was only natural for her to move in to assist Jessica like she agreed to do!

And you can't always rely on the episodes of Newlyweds. She could've lived there for a week or two, but they made it seem like months. In the first episode Nick moved all his stuff into the house. So there was his stuff EVERYWHERE. But did you notice in the same episode or the next..I forget, all the stuff is put away where it belongs. And he and Drew had the downstairs office decorated how he wanted it. But in later episodes, when Jess was gone..they showed him decorting the office again with Drew how he thought Jess would like. It goes back and forth and it's not all accurate.

Jessica is whiny, spoiled, simple minded, and just a down right moron! Nick and Cacee are so lucky they don't have to associate themselves with such stupidity of her and the pervertedness of her dad!

Maybe Cacee was saying goodbye to Nick before she would leave for somewhere maybe. I don't understand why Jessica would "cry" unless Cacee was leaving for somewhere.

The fact that Cacee 'felt pressured' to pick sides is ridiculous. Jessica is the one she should be siding with. She's her childhood friend. Even if Jessica was in the wrong, Cacee should alway stick to Jess' side, no matter what. And I don't think Nick ever cared for Cacee. Unless... he tried to cheat on Jessica with Cacee while they were married! Hmmm.... That could've happened.

But, you know what, I would be a little worried if my best friend was making conversation with my ex like that. Maybe Cacee was trying to find out the scoop on Nick's life for Jess. Of course, she did live with them, so usually that would mean she became friends with Nick, so she can't just ignore him (even though he snubbed her in the past by trying to kick her out of their house).

I wonder if Nick and Jessica will find furthur success long after this. Jessica should be careful with her money. You never know when you'll lose your money or end up jobless. I think she makes foolish decisions sometimes. She's a little immature like Britney sometimes.

You could tell from Cacee Cobb's first appearance on "Newlyweds" that she was flirting with Nick. I believe Cacee wants Nick and that Nick wants Cacee. I think that Cacee quitting as Jessica's Personal Assistant to pursue entertainment offers is just a cover-up for Jessica's jealousy and rage for the rumors that are surrounding Nick and Cacee's love affair. I'm sure that Jessica actually fired Cacee and is pretending that Cacee quit so that she doesn't look like The Wicked Witch (for firing Cacee). I believe that Nick and Cacee are indeed seeing each other and will let the world know soon enough that they care very much about each other. They make a cute couple.

I agree with LP.....ABC you must be really naive....everyone knows that the celebs themselves or their people read these blogs.....the public perception of them is very important to their career....if you don't think so then you don't know anything about PR.....Look at how all these celebs react when they don't agree with a story about them.....they make sure the public HEARS their side.....come on wake up......we are their bread and butter
