Zionism is not necessarily racist. There are positive expresssions of Zionism as well. In its broadest sense, Zionism is simply a philosophy of self-determination for Jewish people. This is fully compatible with human rights and harmonious co-operation between peoples.

As per the definition given of the organization Habonim Dror that Sacha Baron Cohen allegedly belonged to, I would hardly say that is trying to advance a racial agenda, nor is Zionism. If any of you that feel so safe posting racial hatred behind the anonymous screens of your computers knew anything about Jews and/or Zionism, you would know that the Jewish people have a right to Israel, and that most are trying to live in peace with all their neighbours that are consistently trying to wipe them off the planet. I am not going to get into a whole political debate, but suffice to say, not even all Zionists agree with each other, though I doubt that your myopic views would allow you to consider that as you paint them all with the same brush.
