FACEBOOKI think that everybody makes mistakes rich or poor he is only a kid and they both made the decision to get in the car and make a dumb choice. I feel he should pay for his mistake but to talk down on him and his prents is not right. All parents are going to defend there children and that is all his parents are doing. I know that they wish that the outcome would have been different but you can't change what God has planned he decides how everything turns out. No amount of money can change what has happened and I don't think that if money had anything to do with any decisions made with this case that there son would be serving time in jail.

Hulk Hogan says that his son, Nick Bollea, is moving forward after the car crash that almost took the teen’s life last week.
The 17-year-old son of the professional wrestler was discharged Monday from a Florida hospital after he slammed his Toyota Supra into a tree.
Bollea was driving at a "high rate of speed" on August 26 when he lost control of his vehicle, which "inexplicably left the roadway," jumped a median and crashed into a palm tree, said Wayne Shelor, a spokesman for the Clearwater, Florida, police.
In an interview set to air September 4, Hogan tells The Insider, "When I saw the wreck I didn't think anyone was alive. I never saw anything like that. I thought no one could have lived through that.
According to CNN, Bollea's passenger in the crash, John Graziano, 22, remains in critical condition at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Hogan denies rumors that his son had been drag racing at the time of the accident. "It's just so unfair. There's not a bad bone in my son Nick's body, the most important thing to me was from all the eyewitnesses and from everyone who saw the accident, was that they were not racing."
Hogan continues: "Nick's car was the only car involved. The media jumped on my son. I tell my son to stay strong because at the end of the day when all the facts are in, it was an accident."
The wrestling icon also confirms that drugs were not a factor in the accident. "There wasn't alcohol or drugs involved. The police said everybody looked straight as an arrow, thank god for that," he tells The Insider.
Hogan adds: “Nick is doing well, he's got a broken arm and a broken rib and some stuff wrong with his knees but he's hanging in there. He's going to be ok and we're going to move forward."

Nick is a kid, he made a mistake, yeah he is spoiled but so are any other children celebrities.
He didn't get away with his accident, and yes it was stupid for him to be racing, but he didn't listen to anyone's advice for him to stop, and that led to this. in my eyes it's karma.

I think that Nick deserved more than what he got. just because Hulk is his dad doesnt mean that their going to treat him different. if any of us"normal people" would have done this, we would have gotten a bigger sentence. Hopefully at least Nick would learn to grow up!!! and stop being an inmature brat.This to me just shows that everyone isnt treated equally. its not fair for those of us who dont have vast amount of money. I really would love for the judge to reconsider the sentence for a bigger one. and they should keep nick with the rest of the criminals. because thats what he is.

I really admired Hulk Hogan while I was growing up. I wasn't a die-hard Hulkamaniac, but he was my favorite wrestler. I hate to say it, but i have lost a lot of respect for him since I've been watching Hogan Knows Best. His family may have the money, but they all seem a bit dim-witted to me. Doesn't sound like I stand alone on that either. It's a real shame.

We live a half mile from the crash site, and the truth is Nick - and his buds - use this stretch as their own personal racing strip. No matter how many calls to the police my neighbors and I have made, they always find their way back to our 'front yards'. This kid is a spoiled brat who hasn't developed any sense of compassion. And why should he? The cops always let them off with a warning, no doubt because of their parent's status. They race in amazingly new and fancy cars with reckless abandon. This isn't the first crash they've had, just the first one they weren't able to drive away from. Yet, from what I've seen, I highly doubt it will be the last.
