I agree also Kari. There is a lot of backlash towards her which I think is just ridiculous. You don't adopt a human being, raise them, provide a loving house, food, education and all that just because it's a "fad" to do so. I truly belive she has this child's best interests at heart.

Madonna was well aware of the laws in the country she choose to adopt in. Angie was careful to talk about the fact that she choose more lenient countries. Madonna knew what a battle this would be, but choose to for her son and to bring awareness to the country he was from.

Why do some people assume that she adopted this kid for the wrong reasons?? If that's the case, then we should be questioning Angelina's reasons for her adoptions as well. At least Madonna keeps David away from the spotlight as much as possible, the same with her other children. I admire her for not using her kids for publicity. I hope she gets to keep this child, he has a family with her and a chance for a better life. Wether she is a good mother or not, we don't know, but Lourdes and Rocco seem to be happy kids. We'll see how this kids turn out when they grow up.

Yes but did she adopt him for the right reasons in her mind. I highly doubt it. And her husband was very much against it. But now that she has him, I hope she is allowed to keep him. Who knows the real story. I don't care actually.

Pathetic. This woman tries to give a poor, unfortunate little boy a chance at a better life and someone's trying to take that away from her? Gimme a break. Let Madonna adopt the child and live her life. Jesus, the press are like pirhanas.
