Um, yes, but the show is edited. Whitney is only ever shown at work, not going out. That doesn't mean she doesn't go out Often people at clubs drunk talk about guys/girls, you really don't know where Whitney is going or who she's hooking up with, if anyone. They're not actually too near their mid 20's, and while they might have plenty of outside interests and whatever, you can bet that MTV would not show them going to classes or anything like that. That would not make interesting TV by MTV's standards.

Aretha, fine, Heidi didn't owe Elodie anything, but Elodie doesn't owe heidi anything either. There is no one in the world who would be fine and nice to heidi after they were friendly and she went behind her back like that. What is Elodie supposed to do, send Heidi a dozen roses and cancel her vacation to cover for her? It's business, but if you're going to be cutthroat, deal with the fact that nobody is going to like you or want to help you.

And of course Whitney and Audrina would be on LC's side, imo. They're LC's friends! Whitney probably isn't that close with Heidi, they were never filmed together, and since Heidi seems to spend like 100% of her time with Spencer, Audrina and Heidi probably drifted apart. It's really hard to be friends with two people when one of them is with a guy who says really evil, hardcore things on the radio and on the internet about your friend and spreads evil rumors about her, sometimes you have to choose. If I were them, I wouldn't want to spend time around Spencer because he sucks, and everytime I saw Heidi I'd be like how can you be with any guy who calls girls the things he calls LC in front of the whole world? What's wrong with you, that's not right. Heidi sits by while Spencer does this evil bleep, so much for hos before bros.

Lauren is so desperate, it's pathetic! She's been panting after Brody, then Jason, shows up in town, and suddenly she's panting after him, then she finds out Jason is "not so into her", and she quickly goes back to panting after Brody again. Is the pool of rich boys in L.A. so small that she feels the need to hook one soon. Her desperation is such a turn off. And while it may have been Spencer, Or Brody, or Heidi who started the sex tape rumor, Lauren is doing a good job on her own of revealing that she's comfortable being just a "hook-up girl". Brody knows that all he has to do is look at her the right way, and basically can take her home, NO STRINGS ATTACHED. I have the feeling she has always been like this, even back in highschool. She needs to lose the desperation, get some self respect, and save sex for a relationship that really matters! The image she is putting out there to the world is that it doesn't take much to hit it. She seems to be comfortable being the hook-up girl, and no man is going to marry a girl like that!!

To Last, chill out. You're the only one getting worked up here. And the "Heidi is my hero" talk? Ha! I just don't think some of the girls on that show are exactly perfect themselves, and I don't understand where they're coming from on certain issues. Heidi's hardly a hero, but the girls who are judging her are far from saints themselves. The things she lied about that you mentioned are pretty petty for the most part. Plus, who cares about her fake boobs? What does that have to do with anything? And as far as the sex tape rumors go, who's to say that Heidi IS even involved with spreading them? How do you know that maybe it was just Spencer behind it? Nobody knows for sure, and a lot of this is just speculation.

i wonder if heidi watches the show when it airs....she must, right?
which for me just proves what a complete MORON she is...any rational and intelligent human being would watch the show and feel shame and embarressment for their behaviour!!
same goes for spencer...on a scale of 1 to 10 how stupid do you think he feels when he watches the show? obviously not stupid enough cuz he continues to sign contracts with the show who ultimately play a hand in making him look so stupid.

at the end of the day...i dont know what is worse: if this is all scripted or if its real...either way ~~ they all look pathetic and sad :)

Here's the answer...Lauren is a forgiving person...she talks to Jason b/c he didn't do something unforgiveable! He caused her heartache...yeah so???? Who doesn't experience heartache when they break up....and when they were together? Well they aren't now so the problems they had as a couple are pretty much baseless reasoning for not talking to someone (someone as high and mighty as yourself...all forgiving and all should know this!!)...Heidi on the other hand has managed to show her true colors time and time again! They weren't dating right? Just friends...u r sure now? Ok..well then as a friend every single heinous and mean and under-handed thing Heidi did matters in Lauren's head!!! Do you really need a list? Fine...she is dumb as rocks...(sorry that is a personal reason), her fiance is completely in charge of her life and she has no say in what she does...she hooked up a mutual friend with someone her "best friend" was dating, she moved out the SAME DAY she announced it to her roommate (stellar move Heidster!), she and her fiance/train-wreck waiting to happen SPREAD a vicious rumor about a supposed sex-tape- which true or not is still ridiculously callous and under-handed! The list continues...and continues....Heidi has done nothing redeamable in my book..she deserves to have NO friends...she has pushed every decent person out of her life!

why would lauren or anyone talk to heidi after she and spencer started a rumor about the sex tape bw jason and lauren. even if it is just speculation, lauren believes and has some proof that they did it... im sorry if someone created a nasty lil rumor like that about me, i dont think i would really want to speak to them.

In response to aretha: VERY good work ethic/etiquette. Stomping on other people to get ahead. It may work, but what kind of person does that make you in the long run? Plus, they were friends… does one do that to a person?!!? Not a good person at least. That’s for sure. Also, elodie did take the initiative to get the job she just didn’t get it because of what I said before, brent giving it to heidi for more publicity on his company. Also… If u actually did watch in the previous season, audrina and heidi were fighting because SPENCER was playing them both. Audrina was the bigger person and told spencer to back off (probably bc he was creepy and definitely NOT her type). However, heidi was obviously still mad with audrina even thou she didn’t do anything wrong with spencer and he was the one pursuing her. But o look, heres the shocker… heidi decided to believe a male instead of her close friend and ditched that friendship with audrina. Awesome job heidi. As for heidis friendship with whitney… um I believe lauren and whitney work together, u tell me who she will most likely side with and not to mention… were her and heidi ever even real friends. NO. thanks. I agree lauren can be hypocritcal sometimes definitely, especialy when she criticizes j.bobby. That (and only that) is something u have a good opinion on.

She didn't owe Elodie anything. It isn't personal, it IS business, and I say good for her for going for what she wants. Maybe Elodie should've taken the initiative like Heidi did, and maybe she's just bitter and resentful that she didn't. As far as the boss's reasons for promoting Heidi, well, ultimately that's just speculation.

A problem I have with the characters of this show is that it seems that Audrina and Whitney just jumped on the LC bandwagon after Lauren and Heidi's falling out. Heidi never really did anything to them. Plus, what's with Lauren being completely friendly with Jason, the guy who caused her all her supposed heartache? But she still refuses to speak to Heidi. To me, THAT is putting dicks before chicks, and another of many examples of how Lauren can be quite the hypocrite.

u dont know what ur talking about. obviously u have not ever watched the season from last year. otherwise u would have realized that heidi screwed her friends over continuously for spencer among other things. it doesnt matter what kind of taste anyone has in a guy its the fact that heidi was/is an awful person. and spencer IS the epitomy of an awful person. get your facts straight before you start defending the worst person/couple ever.
