With last week's battle royale with Lauren Conrad over the alleged sex tape behind her, Heidi Montag gave her full attention on Monday night's episode of The Hills to her alleged wedding plans!
And, as expected, "fiance" Spencer Pratt acted like his usual compulsive, obsessive self with a response of "let's elope to Cabo" after his girl requested they set a wedding date. How did he dig himself out of this rut after realizing that Heidi wants a perfect princess wedding? By uncharacteristically ceding all control, saying, "Just tell me what day to be there. I'll wear a suit."
Elsewhere in the Hills, LC, Whitney Port and Audrina Partridge pumped some iron - and boy-watched - at the gym, and Whitney got her game face on long enough to score a guy: her trainer, Jarett.
The duo dined a deux after first testing the waters with the other girls in tow, only to realize that, since no first date kisses were exchanged, they just might be "two single people having fun." Maybe this pair is best left for the stretching mat.
Meanwhile, back at the Speidi homestead, the lovebirds almost came to blows when Heidi returned home to find Spencer and two packed suitcases. Off to Vegas, Spencer announces ... for a quickie wedding! Finally, Heidi warned Mr. Mischief that he was starting to push her buttons. (What took her this long?)
When Heidi explained that she has a dream of a large, family-packed wedding, Spencer replied: "Family is a distraction. [The wedding] is really about us." With that, Heidi took off her engagement ring and, with a hair flip or two for emphasis, sulked off while telling Spencer they really need to reconsider their wedding plans.
Anyone who reads Us knows that this fight didn't end in a breakup, but it did end with the kind of sappy Prattism we've come to expect: "I want to marry you. I just get stressed out when I think of the big production when all I want to do is marry you."
Up next week: In the words of Lauren, "The only thing worse than Spencer is a she-version of Spencer." That's right, fans. Spencer has a sister!

Point Blank, the show is popular whether the few people on here like it or not. It doesn't matter if its scripted or not, its good entertainment and there are always going to be people who don't like the show and if thats the case don't watch it or don't post your stupid comments on this blog because really all you are doing is wasting your time.
The Hills wounldn't be on its third season if it wasn't getting good rating.
