I think this guy is lookin' for some money just like her ex. I think she's a good mother. I think she'll be a better mother with some help after she gets herself straight. I think she has alot of pressure on her and he is just steppin' in to say what some people want to hear about her. So people need to give her a 2nd chance and I think soon she'll be back to the old Britney!

I reported my mother in law and the three children she has custody of for the sexual molestation my 3 year old daughter and my 5 year old son in the state of California and the DA decided that there was not enough proof to prosecute them but DCFS decided that there was enough to file charges against ME for failure to protect my children on the day that their father had his scheduled visitation and I was at school. I would NEVER in my life report ANYTHING again. I had to spend 16 hours a week in some sort of therapy. The sexual abuse class that DCFS forces you to take makes you sit in a room with predators while they they discuss how they didn't do anything wrong. Thank GOD that DCFS stepped up to the plate and actually took these poor children away from the "BAD PARENT" instead of punishing the good one (in this case the not as bad parent). In my case the situation forced me to take a look at my situation and better it and of course the judge found the charges unwarranted and after 9 months of hell finally threw the case out!!!

Okay, the person on my nerves the most in this whole "former bodyguard concerned for the Britney's kids" situation is the worst, most pathetic, media exhibitionist there ever was, Gloria Allred.

Think about it...in the past 10 years, this witch has been involved in or at least tried to get involved in almost every major U.S. celebrity court drama there is/was.

O.J. Simpson trial...she represented Nicole Brown Simpson's family.

Scott Peterson case...she somehow snaked her way in with Amber Frey.

Kobe Bryant case...she unsuccessfully tried to get involved with the alleged rape victim of that case but had to settle for being a commentator. That still got her mug on t.v. though.

Michael Jackson case...she very publicly wrote a letter to CA's CPS to get his children taken away.

There are many other examples of her shameless attempts at grabbing publicity. Much too many to name.

She might do some good for people. But for the most part she is coming off as the type of lawyer that chases ambulances. Except in her case, it's celebrities.

Why do people insist on defending this obviously mental case of a mother? She is an adult. She is making her own decisions and from those decisions..she is suffering the consequences. She is having a come apart becaus she's not use to hearing the words "NO!" People are finally willing to repeatedly tell her NO after seeing her erratic behavior. Apparently a lot of people are saying that he should have done something sooner. Regarding your comment about getting fired for telling on your boss; If it's true that they are abusive, then why would you get fired for protecting their children?

The only reason this guy is doing this is because he wants some attention. First of all if I saw my employer abusing their child I would say something. There are a lot of ways to make money in this world even if I could'nt keep my old profession. It would be totally worth it to know that I have done a good deed. But this guy is a shmuck. In the New York Daily News he gave info that Britney would get undressed infront him and her children. The whole story fell on deaf ears and the next day a reporter for the same publication defended her and said it wasn't a big deal. That ticked him off. He thought people would be standing around him asking, "What else did she do?" That didn't happen. He's looking for fame and willing to exagerate at any cost. I think she used drugs but I don't think she's extremely unfit. I think she needs help but if child services didn't see a problem nor did her own mother then I don't think it's that bad. And if it was that big of deal why didn't he call her mom, dad, sister, brother, kevin, cousin alli or whoever she is. He just took it all in stride. I hope she gets her kids back and does right by them and then Kevin and this idiot can have each other. STAY STRONG BRITNEY!

DCFS will surely make her comply with a drug test and hopefully a psychological exam. If she doesn't, they can also take her to court to make her comply with that (and many other conditions). If not, it won't matter what the family court judge says if she doesn't comply with the DCFS conditions as well. They can keep the kids away permanently if she fails to comply. Her behavior is erratic and indicative of drug abuse. Her failure to schedule/comply with her drug testing indicates she is dirty and would fail the test. She is a 25 year old MOTHER and needs to act like it. Only time will tell whether or not this bodyguard is telling the truth. I guess if this washed-up has been so-called "idol" is this "great person" and a "wonderful mother" as you all claim, DCFS will determine that as well. I tend to lean towards NOT!

I don't know, this guy seems to want what's best. But I don't think he cares that much or why didn't he do something the second he saw this, why now? Gloria Allred is pushing this, maybe that's why Britney is in hotels right now. And Kevin already has custody, little late for all this. He can shut up and go away now.

His Lawyer is always in the media spot light and that is where she also wants to be . If he saw this all before he should have done something about it .
