Usmagazine.com has learned that Pamela Anderson had divorce papers personally served to Rick Salomon on Dec. 28.
The papers were served two weeks after Anderson first filed for divorce from Salomon, a decision she rescinded just a few hours later with a blog post that they were "working things out."
Seen alone on New Year's Eve, Anderson recently blogged on her site: "2007 was an interesting year for me. What's the definition of insanity? This is the year I do everything I wanted to do – my way... I'm going to be proud of every single day – and make sure I do not veer from the path."
Anderson, 40, stated in her divorce request that she and Salomon were married from Oct. 6 to Dec. 13.
The actress has two sons (Brandon, 11, and Dylan, 9) from her previous marriage with rocker Tommy Lee.
Salomon, the father of two daughters from a previous marriage, is best known for producing and starring in a 2003 sex tape with Paris Hilton.

Pamela Anderson was on the Ellen DeGeneres show about a month back and you could tell she was not right. This show is a fairly casual and fun show with laid-back Ellen, and Pam could not make eye contact with her. She spent the whole time addressing the audience and fidgeting, then stretched backward over the chair. BFD. She's a sad freak that was never that attractive as a woman.

Looks like Kid Rock was right about her, she really is crazy! I always say anyone who has to TELL everyone else what a "great mom" they are, usually isn't! She is more worried about the treatment of animals than her own children, there is no way they can grow up normal with her as their Mom and Tommy Lee as their Dad! Sad but true.

Poor Pam! I used to love her. She wasn't much of an actress, but she was entertaining. I liked her Baywatch and VIP characters. In the old days, she seemed sweet and kind. After her divorce from Tommy, she appeared to be a loving and committed single mom. However, after she made the mistake of marrying Kid Rock (eek), she's been on a downward slide. She looks hard, strung out, and slutty. She looks 70. I hope that she will take time to gain back her self-esteem and confidence. Start by dressing and acting her age. Become the woman that she once was...before its too late...for herself and her kids.
